I can't believe this store has such a high score in its reviews, and then you see really bad reviews very similar to the experience that I just had with this woman Lovette. My sister entered the fitting room and she started rushing her. I had to ask her to be patient because she just got in there. She rudely insisted that she had to be the one helping her with the zipper, I said let her finish putting the dress on. Then she calmed down and started showing us more dresses. More customers came and she went to help them and forgot about us. We continued trying styles while she was with other customers, and then she engaged in an argument with another client. The client called her rude and disrespectful and stormed out of the store. She looked at me like I'm going to say anything in her defense, but I stayed quiet because she was indeed rude. We couldn't find the perfect style in the store, so we looked in the catalog. We saw two dresses. I took a picture so I could show the style to the other bridesmaids. She rudely said that I couldn't take pictures. I told her that I needed to show the style to other people, she continued telling me that pictures are not allowed. I said , "You are not going to sell much with the rude way you talk to the customers." She engaged in an argument with me, saying that she was not rude. We just left , no going back. I don't know if she is bipolar but hopefully, you find her good side when you go. We are...
Read moreTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT I went into the store and there was a dress on the display mannequin that was made from that two-toned sequin fabric that change colors when you swipe it. So from looking at the dress it looks like it was meant to be touched to see the effect that it gives. So I go to touch and admire the fabric on the dress. I wasn't manhandling or roughly touching the dress in any way. I had zero intention of ruining it. Suddenly this woman comes up to me, who I guess was the owner or employee of the store, and yells at me saying not touch the dress. I was like okay, it's your store whatever. So I look around the store and she's eyeing me. I dont find anything I like anyways, so I walk out. As I was walking out this woman proceeds to complain to another man in the store about what happened and points at me. Shes now yelling at me, telling me to never come back to her store again (would never want to come back anyways after this horrible experience). May I remind you that this dress gave off the appearance like it was meant to be touched so I get the misunderstanding of her not wanting me to touch it (there wasn't even a sign saying not to touch it either). Her yelling at a me as I was walking out the store was unnecessary and rude. These people don't know how to treat their customers. Don't even bother...
Read moreHi - My daughter is the Maid of Honor at her older sister's upcoming wedding. She's been dress shopping for a while and finally found something she loved in this store, although it wasn't in the color that she needed. She asked the clerk if it comes in grey, the color that was selected for all of the bridesmaids gowns. The clerk said yes, and showed us the shade of grey the gown would come in. We were satisfied that she could order the gown in the correct shade in the correct size. She said before she placed the order we needed to pay in full for it, which my younger daughter did ($200). We then get a phone call saying that the particular gown we wanted in that particular color (grey) was out of stock and we needed to pick either a different gown or a different color, but that gown was the only one in the store that my daughter liked. We tried to get our money back but the owner said that they have a "No Refund" policy, so now we're out of $200 and my daughter has to start shopping all over again. Will be fighting the store (and the mall management) on this one. You shouldn't make a promise you can't keep and then not refund...
