she has good review and I fell for it, do not go by it. we recently purchased tour package from Renu with Indian food and I told her that my criteria was that we wanted diversify crowds from all over not just Indian people. nothing wrong with Indian people but since we live in US we wanted some like minded people to travel with. she said yes we get people from all over. so we trusted her. when we get to Paris we found out that it was a very large group of 51 people and all were from India, not only that 90% of people were from one particular state and even though they were educated, most of the people behaved like an illiterate. they would push you in line and cut in line every where. in bus there was no rotation so it was big chaos to get good front seats and they would push you aside and run and grab the seats. it was like you were in some kind of competition. and other 10% of crowds were all young couples so practically we had no company. it ruined our trip to some extent . only good things was the manager of tour, he handled rowdy people nicely and hotel choices were good.

so I complain to Ms Renu and instead of saying sorry that " you have to endure all these and in future I will be more careful, NO SORRY at all. she could have found out about the crowds from the Indian company called " Global Family" she should have informed us about the crowds. But when I complain instead of sorry she was arguing and defending and showing me attitude. I always found her rude from the beginnings but I ignored. Before tour I asked her if we need visa for Europe with American passport but she did not know it and when I told her that you are in this business so you should know it than she gave me big lecture and told me to look on line. that was a red flags but since she has good review I just let it go. so don't go by review and be careful booking tour with her with Indian company. I found out later that there are few company in US and UK base with Indian food. so please do your homework before you decide.

We recently returned from an incredible West Coast USA tour, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Every aspect of the trip exceeded our expectations and left us with beautiful memories to cherish.

The tour took us through some of the most iconic destinations: San Francisco, Fresno, Los Angeles (including the amazing Universal Studios), and finally, the dazzling city of Las Vegas. Each stop was thoughtfully planned and allowed us to experience the unique charm and highlights of every place. From the Golden Gate Bridge to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the unforgettable Las Vegas Strip, the sightseeing was spectacular and well-paced.

The bus was luxurious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making our journeys between cities smooth and relaxing. It truly added a touch of class and convenience to the trip.

We were also thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of food provided. Every meal was delicious.

Special mention must go to our tour guide, Suganda, who was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly cooperative. Their attention to detail, engaging commentary, and constant support made the trip all the more enjoyable for everyone in the group.

Our recent 16-days "Enchanting Europe" tour with Sun N Sand Travel (Ms. Renu Saxena, CEO) and the tour provider, Crown Tour, was an excellent experience. The entire trip was efficiently managed and well-coordinated.

The Indian meals provided throughout the tour were generally good, with the exception of one restaurant in Zurich where the food quality was below expectations. Hotel accommodations were satisfactory overall, though a few felt slightly cramped and lacked air conditioning due to local climate regulations.

Airport pick-up and drop-off in London were seamless and well-arranged. Our tour manager, Faisal Khan, was outstanding—his professionalism and friendly demeanor truly enhanced the experience.

Sightseeing across the various destinations was well-planned and executed smoothly. The coach was comfortable throughout the journey, and our driver for the first 12 days stood out for his professionalism and courteous nature.
