Let me share my experience with you. I bought a Helix Elite from these guys. They were nice at first. They assured me that even though I was buying through them, a third party, they would take care of me as if I were dealing with Helix.
I explained my back issues, and they recommended the Helix Elite. The mattress cost over $2,500 but I was desperate for a solution. It was fine initially, but after just a few weeks, my pain had never been worse, and once I started to express my problems with them, they ghosted me. I had to walk into the store in person just to get an answer about returning it.
I told them I was looking at the Leesa Reserve online and wanted to return the Helix Elite. They said, "We have that here, and we'll get it to you ASAP and a few hundred dollars cheaper." I expressed hesitation about exchanging rather than returning BUT assured me that if it didn't work out, I would be able to return the exchange with no issues (important later).
Although the mattress was amazing at first, once it broke in, it was way too soft. The mattress was designed with âinsertsâ so you can exchange the âcomfort layerâ without the need of exchanging the whole mattress. I tried exchange the comfort insert for a firmer one.
Well, it didn't work out. âWe cant do itâ and then they claimed I had to keep it despite saying I could return it after an exchange. They offered 50% off a new mattress as a "courtesyâ because they dont return after an exchange⊠I told them that was unacceptable, they need to keep their word. Eventually they relented and said they would accept the return.
This is when they truly ghosted me. They would pick up the phone but not answer (I could hear them talking in the background), not respond to emails, and decline my calls.
It took reaching out to Leesa Corporate (3Z Brands) to report their third-party retailer's behavior before I got a callback. "We'll work something out," they told me. I insisted on a refund. Later, I compromised and said, "All I need is a comfort exchange and you can keep the sale." I wanted to make it right but This compromise was a huge mistake.
I eventually learned through numerous calls with Leesa (3Z Brands) they could have offered a comfort exchange long ago but refusedâand now the firmer insert was no longer being made! They lied, claiming they didn't have the ability to do a "comfort exchange," all so they didnât have to live up to their end of the transaction.
I told them to forget everythingâI just wanted my money back. Call after call, email after email. "Matt will contact you.â or â Robert will contact you.â or âOh, He's on vacation.â Even the âHe's busy with A, B, C or X, Y, Z."
Two months later, I still don't have my comfort exchange, my money, or any communication.
Terrible Company not worth your gas, time or energy to even have a conversation with them.
PS: I documented everything and submitted a dispute with my...
Read moreThe best experience! My husband has been researching the best mattress for us for months and, after finally deciding on a brand/model, asked me to go with him to see it in person. I am generally not fond of shopping for bigger items like beds or cars and weary of the process. I get tired/grumpy easily in these scenarios but agreed to go. We went in without expectations and the understanding that we may not buy anything, but the experience at The Sleep Loft was completely worth the trip.
Eddie greeted us on arrival and he is exceptional. He was laidback, friendly, honest and professional. He proved to have an extensive knowledge while assisting us to test and compare the mattress. He noted the positions we sleep in and addressed our individual sleep issues with ease. He was extremely patient and let us take our time trying a few other brands and models and make a decision. He did not push aggressively for a sale or try to rush us but, instead, was upfront, honest and realistic in providing us information about prices and the final cost. The service he provided helped to confirm our decision on the mattress and made the entire process simple, smooth and painless. We ended up deciding to buy the mattress from them (along with an adjustable base, which Eddie showed us, that made a world of difference for my lower back pain).
The Sleep Loft is a great place to find and try a bed/mattress and Eddie is a wonderful salesman. We could not have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be recommending this place to family...
Read moreEddie is amazing....I took two steps into the store... and within 15 seconds was being given a personalized tutorial on exactly what to look for - and what I deserved - in a mattress. Within minutes, we were chatting like old friends. đș
After a warm greeting, Eddie broke down the physics of mattresses and pressure points, patiently let me try the mattress I came for... but then said with a knowing smile: "I want you to try something else that I think will be a better fit for you."
He did this twice.
The first time... I tried the mattress he recommended and loved it.
But the second time...man... I didn't know a mattress could feel like that. đ
But Eddie knew.

I walked in not knowing much about mattresses or how much to invest...and left knowing exactly what I wanted and why it was worth it.
Visiting the Sleep Loft was like getting a VIP tour of Willie Wonka's Chocolate Factory...but with mattresses.
By the time I left the store, it was 9 pm. The store closes at 8 pm. That's right. Eddie was so kind that he stayed with me an entire hour after closing just to answer my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed.
Like I said, Eddie is amazing.

If you need a mattress and don't know where to start or what to look for, go to the Sleep Loft. I strongly and highly and strenuously recommend this store.
If I could give 7 stars I would.
Thank you Eddie and Sleep...
