You have to check out the Babe Cave at their new location ! Had Chandni do my lashes and they came out amazing. This is a new location for her and her staff. She is well knowledges in the art of lashes and the after care. What I love is they don’t try to upsell you. They are knowledgeable in knowing what your natural lash can hold and explain why. If people are writing that there lashes fell out after a day then you must have requested a 3d or 4d lash that your little short natural lash is not capable of holding. This has happened to me before and other techs will give you what you want and take your money and not explain that this is something that can happen. So for Chandni to take the time and explain this saved me money and also no one wants a client to walk away upset and unsatisfied. They want you to come back. Places like these are not franchises. They took money out of their own pocket to start a Buisness. Franchises hire new graduates and if they get fired who cares they got your money and they will just hire the next student in hopes they do a better job and you will go back because you have a membership. Chandni and her staff are trained professionals and due to the new location they have an amazing special going on for $75 for a full set. I arrived at 11:50 AM. And she started my service around 12:25 PM. We discussed my short lashes. She recommended the hybrid or premium package above the classic to achieve a Fuller look during the process. I had to use the bathroom and, as I was, getting up. She mentioned that she only had 40 minutes until her next appointment, which seemed unnecessary. Given the delayed start, I didn't think much of it at the time, but in retrospect, it came across as insensitive. Since then, she expedited the second eye as her client arrived and informed her that she would be right with her. The client had to wait for about 7 minutes. Upon completion, she had me off the table instructed me to look in the mirror at my eyes and prepare me for payment. I found her off Facebook, so this was my first visit, and based on the treatment, I wouldn't return. notably their request deposit to hold appointment and cash payment in full, but since I hadn't anticipated paying extra, I had to pay the remainder by card and still manage to provide a $10 tip. After the services were rendered, some lashes started falling out as I drove off. This isn't my 1st experience with getting my lashes done.
