The service in this place is very unprofessional! Not the first time this has happened to me. Windsor needs to train their workers with some manners I brought back a shirt that did not fit me right with in the 14 days of purchasing. They would not give me my money back they claimed “ it was damaged” when nothing was wrong with the shirt. I will be writing a letter to corporate because these ladies were rude and unprofessional. I will be getting the name of the employee that handled my purchase it was the same girl who rang me out when I had originally purchased it. I also awhile back ordered a outfit online didn’t fit me properly and I also went to return it and they gave me a hard time returning it when I called they told me it can be returned to any store. But i would also could like to mention that the service workers are offering is really bad, they don’t help you, they don’t respect the customer, when the time to close it’s getting closer they don’t let anyone to be in the store and they start yelling to the customer. Read moreI had bought items last week and proceeded to return because I love everything in the store. I was told at last weeks visit upon my next purchase I’d receive some percentage off because I’m “signed up”. I received two emails, none of which had a promo code. I even checked my spam and nothing. I spent almost 200$ each visit. I’m not even mad about the discount, I’m more angry with the sales representative whom told me that she couldn’t do anything for me and basically it’s my fault for not having a code. When I could clearly prove I’ve already been there within a week, so if I have the other emails, how come I didn’t get the promotional email? She wouldn’t honor my word, or get a manger involved.
