Went to drop off my router, cable box and camera. To find out that my card was being charged an extra $5-10 every month for the camera. And had to pay the difference since I was returning it.But when I first called to join xfinity the representative had told and clarified with me several times that the camera was a FREE promotional add on with no additional cost. That was the only reason the camera was in my home. Because it was pitched to me as FREE. The representative repeatedly told me I might as well get it because I was only interested in wifi so that the camera would be a FREE PROMOTIONAL ADD ON. when I found out that it was a LIE the women in the store told me that there was no way that it could be added on without my permission. Obviously I was upset. Even though I had explained to her that it was pitched to me as free, she basically told me oh well to call customer service.. So of course I did. After 2HOURS on the phone and 5 different representatives later they told me that even though one of THEIR REPRESENTATIVES had LIED and made FRAUDULENT CLAIMS AND CHARGES to my account and card that there was nothing they could do. They took the difference from the camera and I couldn’t get my money back. Xfinity is trash. They let their representatives tell customers lies and don’t help you whatsoever. Read moreI would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support I received from Store Manager Nedra Small at your Xfinity Store.
Last week, my Xfinity Mobile account suddenly stopped allowing incoming and outgoing calls. I contacted Customer Care multiple times, but the issue was not resolved. Finally, on Monday, I visited the Xfinity Store, where Nedra Small personally assisted me. She spent over 4 hours investigating the issue with great patience and professionalism.
When the issue persisted, I revisited the store on Tuesday, and again she spent nearly 5 hours working closely with the technical team to identify and fix the problem. Eventually, the issue was resolved — it turned out that one of my account numbers had been moved unexpectedly, and billing was pending for 3 months without my knowledge.
Throughout this entire process, Nedra Small demonstrated exceptional dedication, communication, and care for the customer experience. I truly appreciate her hard work and commitment to resolving my issue.
