Excellent place to get Popeyes food! But this lady Concepcion has a really bad customer service! So I have been coming to this place since they have opened, mind you I have Popeyes closer to me but I decide to take a drive of 25-30 mins to eat here! I always get the family meal with a gallon of juice which I always get cups to drink! They always give us the plastic cups which don’t even have the Popeyes logo and that’s fine! This time we even got extra food too! We literally spent $62. 88! So we are eating and my son literally drops his cup so I go to the front to ask for an extra one which they are literally free! This lady Concepcion explaining her the situation of what happened no she wanted to charge me for a Popeyes cup $3 and some change! And telling me she couldn’t give an extra cup when another employee almost was about to give me another cup! Very rude lady! Don’t ever ask Concepcion for anything extra… fork, napkins or anything! She might just charge you! Concepcion’s customer service...
Read moreI place an order at this popeye in Woodbridge, when I got home I noticed two items were missing, a classic sandwich and a kids meal. I decided to call the store to ask for a refund for the two items, the manager acknowledged that the cashier forgot to put the items inside my bag. He told me that he couldn’t do a refund, that he could give me $10 in food next time I came back to the store. I felt this was unacceptable because I felt I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. Just wanted a refund for what I didn’t get. The manager referred me to the owner and the owner declined a refund as well. I feel is ridiculous that a franchise as big as popeyes can’t issue a simple credit card refund. The franchise owner doesn’t have a clue about customer service. So now practically Popeyes stole 11 dollars worth of food from me. I guess I am out of luck because popeyes doesn’t refund their customer. Horrible...
Read moreI ordered a large mashed potatoes as a side for my family’s dinner tonight and requested the gravy on the side. When I received it, the gravy portion was barely a tablespoon. I politely asked if it was possible to get more gravy, given the large amount of mashed potatoes, and was informed that an additional scoop of gravy would cost $4.00. Considering that the large mashed potatoes cost $5.99, charging nearly 60% of that price for a small scoop of gravy seems unreasonable.
This experience raises concerns about customer service and portion control at Popeyes. Gravy is likely one of the highest-margin items on the menu, yet the pricing for such a small addition feels excessive. I hope this issue is reviewed because it impacts customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, this experience has left me disappointed, and I won’t be returning to...
