to this may concern The Chick Fil A of off HWY1 in Woodbridge, NJ. This fast food restaurant is disgusting i found 3 flies in my sandwich, also the customer service i experienced there was horrible. They also had metal in a sandwich which was giving to a customer. The Operator Marlon Terrell is a scammer he has his wife on payroll and in charge of training but the thing is she is never there. May i also state that Courtney allows for all this corruption to happened because she is the director of operation but yet she doesn't DO NOT ONE OUNCE OF WORK THERE. EATING THERE CAUSED ONE OF MY FRIENDS TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THEY SERVED RAW FOOD THERE WITHOUT NO CARE OR DOING REGULATED TEMP CHECKS. They fired anyone that stated a good opinion to make the company a better place. Marlon also fired his employee only because he didn't want to out his phone in a box, knowing just a couple weeks before we had an attack here in Linden NJ that put fear into his employees , also none of his employees ever had to put their phone in a box it was just his sign of favoritism that flows in that company. They allow leaders to be on their phones but yet the regular employees can't have their phones which when i was told that didn't make any sense to me. Courtney also harass her employee by pinching her and touching her when she doesn't want to be touched. Also marlon fired one of his best employee only best her ex boyfriend was trying to prove how disgusting and dishonorable it was to work for a man like him. He isn't fit to be the operator because he take vacations every other week, meaning how can you operate a store when your not even there. The list goes on and on, I'm just trying to warn you guys on a corrupted person and business this is. The real question is why would you want to empower this man to even still have that type of control? Thank you...
Read moreI will say their customer service appears to be impeccable. They have people working outside taking your orders trying to keep things moving quickly. But for the life of me, I still can't understand why anyone wants to wait in such a long line when you can park and walk in! There were only two people eating in the whole dining room and it's actually very nice inside (Plus, they deliver the food to your table!). Is there really that many people eating in their cars or taking home cold chicken sandwiches to their family? So I have eaten at this particular establishment and both times I've ordered their Chick-fil-A sandwich. I've always tried to figure out what the thrill is of this place other than getting to spend a whole lot of time in your car listening to music but the sandwich came with a bun pickles and chicken. Am I missing something here? Was I supposed to ask for fixings to be placed on top? Or, is this really the thrill that I'm receiving? I noticed this the first time I came here and now the second time that I came I forgot to ask about it. Is the excitement here that you get to choose a dipping sauce that you have to pour on top of your chicken? Maybe I'm just spoiled on the other actual fast food restaurants that have everything prepped for you and you just open it up and eat it. This was okay when you're eating in the dining room but I'm not sure if I would be thrilled trying to do this in the car. That's just my two cents on this but I'm sure the rest of America has other reasons why they...
Read moreI love chik Fil a but today I was given poor service. I am hearing impaired, I ordered my food and a young cashier repeated the order to me and also asked for my name. I heard part of the meal and when reviewing the receipt I noticed it was not my actual order. We all make mistakes - right? Well- when I told the young cashier that the order was wrong she said “well then why did you say yes”. Instead of being empathetic that I made a mistake. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes at me. When a co worker- possible manager overheard the issue she helped her. Gave me a refund, and reprocessed the order. I left and pulled over and the location forgot my fries. I drove back around and the same girl rolled her eyes at me. I understand that I made a mistake but to be treated so poorly being abused by a young teenager is uncalled for. This establishment needs to better train their employees to be empathetic to their customers if they made a mistake especially when they take your name for clarification. I am never going back to this high school nightmare of a location. If you go here I recommend checking your items...
