I was shopping for my bedroom furniture, I happen to drive by Furniture for less and decided to walk in and take a look at the furniture. I happen to fall in love with the COCO Bedroom Furniture. Daisy was my sales person, I was charged $4000 for a bed stand, end table, and vanity with a stool. I was told that I should receive my furniture the following weekend and if not then it will the week after. I understood that part. I walked out the store and closer to the weekend I never received a call to get any updates on the delivery or the status of my furniture so I decided to call the store to inquire if I am receiving my furniture or not. Daisy then inform me that they don't have my furniture and they are waiting on manufactures to send the furniture. NO ONE decided to call me and tell me that. So we get closer to the second weekend where they told me I was suppose to receive my furniture I still did not get a call so I called again and Daisy informed me that they have my furniture in stock but the owner is struggling to find someone to deliver for me and they need another week so this would be the 3rd week. the Weekend comes along which I am suppose to receive my furniture, Daisy called me and gave me the window for Friday October 20th between 2-4pm. 3:30pm on Friday I still didn't get a call so I called to ask if they were still coming and Daisy stated they are loading the truck and they will be on the way soon. They didn't come until 5:30pm and mind you I had to leave work early because I do have work and I didn't want to schedule for another day since I had been waiting for furniture for 3 weeks now. They put my furniture together I go to inspect it and I see a chip on the dresser and The delivery guy calls the owner and they owner said he will replace it out since its damage. Meantime I go in the store because I wanted to know when I am gonna receive my new vanity and I noticed that the floor display vanity is missing so I ask Daisy if they sent me the display vanity and she goes yes we did since you were waiting so long and we didn't want you to wait. I said not once you called to make sure that was ok with me? I paid for new furniture and they send me display. These people are thieves. I wrote this same letter to BBB and they still didn't call me after me reaching out several times Ibrahim(owner) finally called me back but literally scream at me on the phone and tell me I am the one wrong. If you buy furniture from this store make sure you get it in writing that you will get brand new furniture that you pay for and not the Display like they did to me. I ended up having to use a very strong and flammable solvent called Goof Off and a lot of elbow grease. Called and complained to the manager and was told they would come and inspect and replace if need be, and that they know me as a customer and will take care of me. Never heard back after I called twice and was told by a rep that someone would come to inspect when they returned from their deliveries. Supposed to be in a box and was not upon arrival. Glass has several scratches and paint on the wood, along with the glass shelves. These people will never get my business again.
