Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Don't order here unless you want a messed up order and trash customer service. I ordered via the app a deep dish with extra sauce and some wings. I picked the order up from the no contact box. It is rush hour in Richmond highway. I start eating a slice on my long road trip. I notice there is NO sauce. So I call and talk to the person claiming to be the manager. Who tells me I "can drive back up there and get a cup of sauce" or I "can bring the original pizza back, and then he'll remake it. He says, "Those are my options." I ordered a pizza with extra sauce not no sauce with a cold side cup of sauce and I don't have time especially considering the traffic to drive back and wait on another pizza to be made hopefully correctly. There is zero customer service. I doubt the person on the phone was a manager, but either way, they should get a new job.

update was contacted by the manager. She sincerely apologized for her employees' behavior and offered to make my order over for me. This time, it was made perfectly. I appreciate that the manager took the time to reach out and make this right. I have since ordered from there again due to the managers...

We walked in and waited for our food, so we weren’t concerned with how long it took to get our food but it was about 15 minutes. We got a deep dish pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and breadsticks. We were told specifically that extra cheese would not be extra, but we were charged an extra $1.75. The cashier also forced us to buy an extra $2, 2 liter in order just get sauce with our breadsticks. The pizza did not seem to have extra cheese. The food quality was disappointing. We thought that little Caesar was supposed to be good quality at a good price. However, Papa Johns and Dominos both are cheaper and have better food. Would...

Stopped by on a Friday night to pick up a cheese and pepperoni pie before meeting up with some friends and this place gets busy! The cashier at the front was friendly and greeted each customer as they walked in. Waited about 15 mins for our order and everything came out great. Awesome quality from a pizza chain. Would return. Also recommend getting the app to place your order as they have a warming locker that they put online carry-out orders in. All you need to do is order through the app and once your food is ready, go to the store, punch in your pin at the locker to get your pizza....
