I had a bad experience today. I placed an order using the app, schedule my meal to be ready by 3:00 p.m. I also ordered drive-thru pickup. When I got to the drive-thru, The woman inside told me that I had to pick my order up by coming inside. To myself I was like that's not what the app said, but I went on ahead and parked the car and came inside. I can tell that they were dealing with my order in the back because when I approached the counter the service member just showed me my ticket. At first I thought maybe she couldn't pronounce my name, but it turned out she really couldn't speak English that well. That's no problem, but I was a little worried of why they were talking over my order and not handing it to me. I opened the bag and saw that they were some items missing. But it wasn't until I got home that I took a look at the chicken nuggets, and saw that it was nothing but a grilled chicken breast cut into six pieces. So my order was completely wrong. I traveled a good ways to go there and I didn't want to come back out. So if you come to this place, make sure that you check your order completely before you leave out the door! Read moreI love pollo campero but this time a had a very negative experience. First, I tried to place an order online but for some reason the online ordering was not working. I walked into the store and I asked about the combo I was trying to order online. The person at the register just laughed sarcastically saying that the combos they have online were not available in store. People here absolutely does not care about customer service. The guy in a black shirt seemed to be a supervisor. I placed my order and couple more people he just walked he saw the tickets were waiting and did not bother to work on the tickets. I do work in food industry and without customers you wouldn’t have a business. The fact that people love your product doesn’t mean that you treat them poorly. Just put a little more enthusiasm. If people feels miserable at work they they should find something else to do that doesn’t not have to do anything with customer service. Read moreMy one star is only for the customer service. The food is good no complaints. But the service drags this place down. I had an experiance with Rosa at the drive thru, she was rude just because she couldnt hear my order, seeing as their was 27mph winds. So I continued to order my food. Once I got to the window I proceeded to ask if the price had gone up from one dollar to two she said yes and I said ok so id like to leave the order how it is. She ROLLED HER EYES!!! What and said well I already charged you and I said ok you can cancel it sorry. She ROLLED HER EYES AGAIN AND SUCKED HER TEETH!! Omg Im sorry but I didnt know that changing my order would mean so much work for her. She went to go get a calculater and starting talking bad about me to the other ladies.
