The Palace — Restaurant in Woodbridge

I bought 7 tickets before the event. On the day of the event, my guests all traveled in different cars. I drove all the way down from Pennsylvania/ Maryland border so I got there really early and waited for everyone to arrive. My last two guests came later than expected. At the door, I realized I was missing one ticket and I should have purchased 8 rather than 7. I decided the best thing to do was pay for my ticket rather than use the tickets I had already purchased, so that when my guests got there, it would be easier for them to enter. When I tried to purchase my ticket the guy who was running the front door let my five guests in and I explained two tickets were for my guests whom were on their way and running late, so that I would like to purchase a ticket for myself since I was missing one ticket. He told me, no that I would have to wait, that at the moment only people with tickets already in hand could enter and stepped me to the side. When people started to buy tickets at the door I politely asked him again if I could now purchase a ticket. He told me very unprofessionally and in a harsh tone that I could not and that he would not sell me anymore tickets until my two guests arrived. At that time, I questioned his decision, since my two tickets I was holding were paid for days in advance and on the website it clearly states no refunds, so whether or not my guests ever made it on time, the establishment was not losing money. He started yelling at me and telling me he would make it very simple, that he would not sell me any more tickets, and he started pulling the tickets out of my hand and told me go in or go home. He made a scene, people in line starred and you could tell that they disapproved that he would talk to a person that way, a lady at that.I then entered the palace and asked for a manager at the bar, the man whom I asked, smirked and said there was no manager and that was that. This place is so unprofessional, it is not the first time I've noticed them act cruelly towards customers, I just never thought it would be me since I'm a easy going person and stay out of trouble. They need better management and I get the feeling they treat Mexicans on their Sunday events...

I came to a concert here at the Palace today March 2, 2023. People started dancing, pushing, punching each other. Security guards just were standing watching. I, as a women tried to protect myself from getting hit in the face. A dark skin security guard came with an attitude told me I was blocking the entrance to the vip entrance. Respectfully told him I was just protecting myself. He stated he was the manager on duty. Aggressively told me to get down and move before he kicked me out of the club. Clearly told him I was not doing any harm to no one, I was just protecting myself. He went ahead and told me he was the manager and he didn’t care what I was doing. Very unprofessional security staff. They don’t care what happens to the public or if something bad happens. Very disappointed at their staff and their unprofessional staff.

Yea you guys are the most disorganized establishment ever. Now I know why it's considered a getto club. People wanted to get a VIP table and pay whatever amount you guys would have said, but literally all your "employee's" if you can call them that said I don't know, I don't have time for this, like really you work here and don't know. When you kicked them out security kept shoving without giving them a chance to get their jackets like really and still kept shoving when they wanted to get their money back. Albert wanted to play stupid when they said excuse me let me get my jacket and I'll leave. They were not resisting Albert. And your buddy the security wanted to act like a child to, damn grow up we all are over 21. They also called in advance the lady that answered was acting dumb too not knowing the price to something that should have been already set in stone on how much it's suppose to cost. Doesn't even...
