Tii Cup — Restaurant in Woodbury

After several times of going there and getting disappointed I made a decision to never come back at this place ever again. I understand we are at difficult times and being it a small business I tried my best to give few chances for this store but the service really SUCKS here. They have bunch of teenagers yelling and shouting at you and telling you the ridiculous policies of the store. The policies are changing almost every month. Couple months before they had the policy of taking orders and payments over the phone only and today when i told them” I was driving and on my way there and asked if they could take the order and the payment if needed So I could pickup, the girl denied to take the order and said they cannot accept orders over the phone yet all. I went in to order and all these girls yelled and shouted me for not wearing a mask and returned me back. Not being Karen but when you don’t need to wear mask anymore its easy to forget one. I don’t have any problem wearing a mask but if you are the only store that wants people to wear mask at least have some extras at the shop. Me and my sister came in to order boba, we were not greeted, or asked if we would like to order anything on their cash register. The staff saw us and immediately walked to the back. We tried ordering on one of the kiosk but it wasn’t working. We then ordered on the other one. So staff 1/5. Finally we got our drinks, and we grabbed them (without the straw in) and the lid on the Yin and Yang cup does not fit it at all. I drank from it and the drink was spilling through the lid. Our 2 other drinks had the plastic covering (typically on all bubble teas) but this one wasn’t on good. It spilled all over our hands. Keep in mind NO straw was on the drink yet. I stopped into this place looking for a different experience and that's exactly what I got! I didn't read reviews before going to check it out, but if I had I would have known that the Woodbury location gets a lot of bad reviews confirming my experience. Tii Cup is a super small space in a somewhat inconvenient location. Upon entering the cafe I was greeted by a friendly employee and I proceeded to the order kiosk to make my selections, a latte and a tofu snack. I ended up not ordering anything because nothing that I wanted was available. It was a complete waste of time and I can't believe they even have the doors open. Maybe it was a problem with the kiosk, but it wouldn't let me pick a hot coffee and tofu was not even an option, even though I saw it on the menu on their website.
