I picked up an order & the lady that came up to me was rude but not as rude as the lady that got my order. The dark haired lady w/glasses asked me my name & I told her, asked for my ID. I showed her that & I held my ID up for her, after 30 seconds I asked if she still needed that & asked me for the email. It's usually just one or the other, she rolled her eyes at me & spoke into her mic. A dirty-ash blonde lady came up with my bag. They both just stood there, staring at me. I wasn't made aware I was a dinner & a show for them. I asked if that was my order & she just rudely handed it to me. I took it, said thank you & turned & walked out the door. I turned back to see if i was still being watched & I was so I waved. On another note, I ordered online & picked up in store. 4 items were going to be shipped to me since they said it wasn't available in store. As I was awkwardly being stared at & all the eye rolling, I saw the 2 soaps that were being sent to me that "wasn't in store" & the 1 candle. I've noticed this before that they do have the items in store. FYI, I had back surgery so I place orders so I don't have to hold the heavy basket as I shop. Since I'm reviewing this store, the last time I went in this store I got a lady cashier saying my account didn't exist. I showed her my emails, my number & the app which said I had 3 free items. Manager had to be called & after 20 minutes, situation was resolved. It's always something with this store for me & the app is...
Read moreThis entire shopping center is one of the most ridiculously laid out set of shops I have been to. Anywhere. One ways and a traffic circle and yields. This would be a beginner driver's worst nightmare. It's a gigantic waste of space and there is far more tar then there needs to be. It's so spread out that you can literally drive a mile throughout the place. The shops are bunched together in buildings that are circular so you must drive around in yet another loop to get to where you need to be. It makes navigating via phone app about as irritating as possible. The positives, is that you should never offer criticism without praise... The variety of different options to spend is robust. They have both practical (Cub Foods) and specialty (Ulta). They have fast food and higher end restaurants. Ladies have it all here. You can buy clothes, makeup, get tan, a cut and style, shoes, and fill your empty stomach. Shops for your kids and your pets and your sporty hubby. It could just be about half the footprint area wise as it needs to be. It's also clean. Rarely see trash blowing around....

I'm always looking for name brands especially ones that work like Joico or Kendra Hair Products they work great for my hair or Exuviance products which are so amazing they work wonders making my skin radiant, healthy, always looking young, and one I refuse to do without my favorite which has been called my signature lip gloss color by a Court TV's make up and hair crew telling me to wear my own Buxums Clair Full-On Plumbing Lip Polish while they also went on to add how perfect my skin and pores were and what amazing highlights my hair had along with being so healthy and soft.
