I absolutely ADORE this place! It has a huge vegetarian menu, which is much appreciated by myself and my partner. The food is perfect pretty much every time, and I love that we can customize the level of spice because my partner can handle more spice than I can (I believe there are 5 or 6 levels). The service is amazing, and I’m pretty sure several of the employees there recognize us now which makes us feel appreciated 🥰 They are very attentive and often stop by the table to refill drinks and rice (yes, free rice refills!) and check on how the food is. When we first started eating there they were patient with our many questions about different dishes and answered without judgement.
A few things to note (that are NOT the restaurant’s fault in any way) that people may want to know:
Overall, I don’t think there is any restaurant I would recommend more than India Palace. Their food has brought me so much joy and comfort in my life, which may sound weird but it’s true. THANK YOU India Palace! ❤️

Read moreI used to love this place, came here for many years. Recommended it to friends and family. Took out of town guests here and came for celebrations. It's pricey for me but it used to be worth it. Brought guests yesterday and was completely embarrassed. The server grunted at us, was unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant. I used to recognize the servers but not this one. I have recently been advised not to have rice by my doctor so I thought a friendly place wouldn't mind not serving me rice but perhaps Naan bread instead. I wasn't unwilling to accommodate a change in the charge if I could be helped. Normal price for Naan maybe a little less for my entree since I couldn't eat half of it. Nope it comes with rice only he says. Ok thanks unfriendly grunty guy. I saw a server I knew who was typically helpful and surprisingly he was equally as gruff! OK, I get rice whether I want it or not. Our friends had questions on the menu and it seemed be a lot of inconvenience to get answers. I had to keep apologizing to my guests for the rudeness of the staff and mix ups and omissions as well as a steep the the dive the quality of the food. We were splashed by the server when he was serving water and he handled our dishes with his bare bandaged hands while we were still using them. THe ambience of the dining room is gone, the booths are narrow and it looks like a fast food restaurant now. To cap the whole miserable experience, I took the rest of my chicken josh home and found a piece of plastic wrapping in it. From my favorite to a horror. Was there a corporate take over?...
Read moreFor your food. You don't even get single star. Can you please watch in YouTube how to make chicken pakoda. If something is fried in oil that means it should have minimum taste. In biryani you mix with chicken curry and call it as biryani. You charge 17$ for not even biryani. You should name it chicken mixed rice. Do not call it as chicken biryani. Does biryani look like soup mixed rice? You just mixed chicken and soup with rice. In biryani people do not add onions in the oil. In biryani you should add fried onions. In biryani we add variety of spices. You do not even have single biryani spices such as cloves, cardamom, bay leaf etc.
Dear owner, if you want to grow in any business people will grow with hard work and, if you do hardwork you will reach to next levels. You think you are saving money by not hiring cook and staff. That is not true. You created one line that you don't want to grow further. You are thinking small. If your food is good,People will come to your restaurant from even 2 hours far. In life, people those are successful they think beyond these small things. Some people are driving to Texas from one state to another just because Texas Indian restaurants food is good ... Even Americans will love the food. They will try to come...
