The food is amazing and the hot sauce is to die for, but if I could rate this place a zero I would! The guy working the register is extremely rude. My mother visits this place often and we love the sauce! The short man behind the counter is very stingy with how much hot sauce he gives. He gave about three hot sauce packets for three chillitos which is not enough for us personally because we use a lot. When we asked for more he sighed really loudly and gave us only two more, after explaining that we need a lot more because we use it all he says "you dont need that much" and refused to give more, then proceeded to slam the cup on the table which caused the lid to plummet at my mother. She is dealing with a lot of health issues and in her final days she does not need that treatment. It is not hard to be empathetic to your customers and it is truly heartbreaking to have someone treat my mother that way all because of some hot sauce. Life is difficult and it shouldn't be more difficult cause of hot sauce. To the short man with dark hair behind the counter with a big ego, If it's that big of an inconvenience for you to make a customer happy you should be fired. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It says a lot for a company to keep such an outrageous employee who throws lids of cups at their customers cause of a hot sauce dispute! And if you need to charge me for the hot sauce then go for it! But dont be...

Bottom line is that if you want jalapenos or sour cream added to your burrito its 70 cents EACH. so 1.40 more for that. OK fine. But when i got home it wasn't added. Oh i paid , yes i paid. Just didn't get those extra ingredients. ON top of that the flavor was just terrible, almost like the chicken was left over or wasn't seasoned.
The chillitos are 30% smaller now. Additional sour cream .70 cents. Over 5 dollars for a regular burrito after tax (2 oz max protien)
i've always been a huge fan but this set me over the top. I'm out. Not making the monthly 30 dollar pilgrimage to Zantigos anymore. When i can eat at a sit-down restaurant for cheaper and your employees can't read a ticket to put the proper ingredients in...
Read moreI haven't been to a Zantigo in probably 20 years and decided to try it again tonight since I was craving Enchiladas. I really wanted one beef enchilada and 1 cheese enchilada. Their only options for enchiladas is either a platter which comes with 2 enchiladas rice and beans or make it a combo and add a soft drink. I asked for a platter with 1 beef and 1 cheese enchilada but the cashier said they couldn't do that. I asked why what difference does it make and he said they just cant do that. How stupid is that! I asked if I could get a cheese enchilada separately and he said yes, but it was the same price as a platter. So I ended up with 2 beef enchiladas and they were terrible. There was hardly any meat in them, it was almost all tortilla. The beans were very dry and the rice was marginal. What a disappointment, I threw most of it in the garbage. I do not recommend their enchiladas at all! Will not...
