First off, I've never written a review for a business but I had such a horrible experience here I had to.

I had a couple things I wanted to try and sell for some spare money. I live like 45 minutes away so I decided to call and see if they were accepting what I had. The guy said yes we are. So we drive there walk in and the guy comes to the counter and starts lookin g at my stuff. Fine. Then the manager comes out and says they are only excepting certain sizes. Confused, I told him I called ahead seeing as I had an hour and 30 minute drive both ways and got told yes they were accepting them. Naturally, I was really ticked off. He then had the audacity to blame his other employee and continue to be a complete ass about it. He was super unapologetic and clearly annoyed by my frustration. I used to get alot of sporting gear from play it again but this sucked. I don't mind the other employee making a mistake, it happens, but then when the person responsible for him (manager) throws him under the bus and couldn't even fake being apologetic for the mix up...

I'm sorry but that guy totally ruined this store for me. I hope his supervisor gets to read this and can correct his attitude so noone else has to go through such a...

Great store for used skates and hockey gear. We’ve bought lots of skates over the years here. Now my daughter is in the beginning stages of trying hockey so we wanted to start with used equipment and not take out a second mortgage in case she decides it’s not for her. They had a great variety of styles and sizes in everything and we walked out with everything- skates, helmet, stick, bag, pads, etc. for $230.

The only reason I’m leaving off one star is that the employee kind of rushed us at the end because it was closing time and he had “somewhere else to be” which I totally understand but the way he announced it was a bit rude. Overall we always have a good experience and we will continue to go back for...

I was shopping for lacrosse gear for my son. I found some used stuff and purchased it. Then I realized I did not need some of it. I tried to return it an hour later. I only received store credit. IMO, The right thing would be to refund me the amount. But the store clerk followed the policy.

My recourse is to leave a review and caution people for their lack of service.

Do I want to shop there again? No. Would I recommend this store? No.

This is a hockey store. If you need hockey gear it’s fine. But the service and culture of employees...
