Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Woodbury

Though I've never dined inside the restaurant itself, the drive-through is always a quick and speedy option for when your hunger suddenly strikes! It seems a little impossible that they achieve both very fast service AND very GOOD food. In fact, here's what my favorite meal looks like when I go to Chick-Fil-A:

🍟 FRIES Chick-Fil-A food is usually very fresh. When I get the waffle fries, ten times out of ten the fries are too hot to hold because it's so fresh! The fries are not too salty, but enough to satisfy your taste buds. When you order at Chick-fil-A, fries are always a must-have.

🍔 CHICKEN SANDWICH If you're looking for the highlight of your meal, a chicken sandwich will be quite filling! It's a juicy and flavorful chicken patty that comes in either regular or spicy variants. Either way, it's really good.

🥛 MILKSHAKES If you're not full yet or you need something to drink, get a milkshake. My personal favorite is the cookies and créme, but there are other flavors like vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and during the winter season, a peppermint milkshake. It's chilled to perfection, and while it's not overly sweet, it has enough sugar to satisfy any sweet tooth.

Whenever you drive by Chick-Fil-A, don't keep driving. Stop and get something to eat. It's my number one pick for fast food, because it's (somewhat) more healthy than McDonald's, and much, much, MUCH more tastier and more fresh. It's probably the best and freshest chicken you'll ever get at a fast...

I love chic-fil-a, literally who doesn't. But, every time we go to this location there's something wrong. The first time I went, I told them I had a free fry coupon on my app and I wanted to use it. The cashier said they understood and took my order, when I scanned the coupon I just assumed it took the fry off. The cashier also asked me what sauces I wanted, but he told me they were limitng only 3 sauces per order because "door dash people order 20+ sauces". I was totally fine with this. I paid and went to go sit down, and then looked at my receipt and I realized they didn't take off the free fry. My boyfriend came to sit by me after waiting for his food, and I told him that they were limiting to three sauces. he was like lmaooo what??? I guess this new rule isn't real because they gave my boyfriend more than three without hesitation. Soooo are you just picking and choosing who you want to enforce this new rule with? thats irritating.

Anyways, we go back a couple months later. My boyfriend got some chic giftcards as an xmas gift so we were like yay free dinner. We go there, and one of the gift cards apparently doesn't work. The cashier tries to get it to work for over 15 mins, and when they can't figure it out they still make my boyfriend pay even though it was an unopened / unused giftcard.... a billion $ company can't comp an extra $10 off .......

chic-fil-a.... make sure your employee's are all on the same page. you make wayyyy too much money for them not to be. and fix ur gift cards. horrible...

This location keeps missing items in my drive through or pick up orders. Before it was the kale crunch salads I’d order, don’t know why those were specifically missed in two different orders. Tonight, missing a large fry and my three kids’ ice cream cups that I ordered instead of the kids’ activity in the kids’ meals. I’d suggest if the people putting the orders can’t get them right, have them manage the trash instead.

5/2 - Got another to go order tonight, again missing the ice creams I ordered with my kids meals. Giggled at when I called and told they were missing. Offered an entrée and the ice creams as rewards later in my account, but it's kind of pointless because I always order my kids the kids meals that come with the ice cream if you ask for it any way. Again, just get the orders together correctly in the first place or task those folks with washing the windows or taking the trash out instead.

6/24/24. Another drive thru order, another disappointment. Missing kids fries from a kids meal. Manager apologized that they didn’t meet the standards when I called after getting home, yet this seems to be the standard a lot with my drive thru orders. A reward for a free fry at a later time and a cookie or brownie offer don’t satisfy me when this keeps happening. Start having your reliable kids putting your drive thru orders together, otherwise put them on trash duty or...
