I Come To This Location Daily To Njoy My " Liquid Gold", & Today I Noticed How Professional The Manager Trasie Handled A VERY Rude Customer..I Was Behind The Customer In Line, & The Customer Was Literally Throwing The Money At Her! How Rude!! Couldn't Take A Moment, & Nicely Place It In Her Hand Like A Civilized Human Being.. Trasie Handled This Client Beautifully, Instead Of Getting Frustrated, She Smiled & Finished The Transaction..Trasie Deserves Special...

Service was fine but drinks were poorly made. My regular coffee was lukewarm even though I was there early, around 6:00 a.m., so it should have been fresh. My spouse's iced latte was watery before any ice melted, almost like the barista used watered down skim milk (in case skim isn't thin enough as it is)....
