Am not happy....i bought two 20 punch passes...one for me and one for my kids...i did not know they had expiration dates when I bought them...just before they expired I asked if I could talk to a manager about renewing my passes....but was told twice that they were not available on the days I was there...then we moved....so it was harder to come back and two months passed....while we took time moving.... When I finally was able to come back....was told too much time had passed...i cant control the fact that I moved farther away and was unable to come as often....but I still paid for 20 visits and was only able to go 14 times....i renewed my kids pass before I realized I wouldnt be able to use mine... So that is a total waste of money....since they wont allow me to use them....the managers are always too busy....and to top it off...i cant even give my kids passes that I paid for....to someone else...even though they cant use them without me....totally disappointed....and feel lied to....also...was kicked out of the pool for someones bloody bandaid so I couldnt even enjoy my last visit...way to go woodland park for making money off people who are already struggling to afford to pay for kids...
Read moreThe water is warm, the pool room is like a sauna for those who want to be warm but not swim, or not catch a chill when you get out! The lazy river is a wild ride, anything but lazy! The kiddie pool has all kind of water-powered gadgets. The slide is pretty fun too but there is a height limit.
We’ve been to a bunch of birthdays parties there and the kids always seem to love it- something to think about for your next bash! Very reasonably priced too, for a bunch of swimmers.
They have life jackets in all sizes and there are always plenty of lifeguards on duty. It’s the perfect place to spend a few hours tiring out your kids!
The best thing in my opinion however, are the locker rooms. Family cabanas complete with a full shower, bench, toilet, sink. They feel clean and offer the perfect amount of privacy (and act as a corral!) when you’ve got some kids to change- or just want a private shower to yourself! I highly recommend the WP Aquatic Center, for kids &...
Read moreReally impressed with this place. Super friendly staff, good price, and a lot of fun. They have a water slide that’s a blast. There is also a splash park area and a lazy river. As much fun as the slide is, the best part in my opinion is the lazy river. The current pushes you along and you can just kick back and enjoy the ride. In the middle of the lazy river is a wirlpool. They have a second Olympic style pool with a diving board. Another impressive feature is that they have several racks of life vests available for children to adult. My son is just tall enough to stand up in the lazy river but the current would sometimes take away his footing and he’d swallow water. I grabbed a life vest for him (no extra charge) and he was all set. He’d float along without a care. We live in the Springs and I can say it’s definitely worth the trip. Just one of the many awesome parts of...
