Consistent with the ongoing suburban removal of smaller businesses in favor of the ginormous big-box chain stores, the terms "shopping center" and/or "mall" really no longer apply to this location.
To be precise, there is actually ONE store (Goodwill) left here at the "mall", if you don't count the little bank branch and the combo Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins which occupy the frontage spaces of this mostly forsaken bit of property.
What used to be Ace Hardware, as well as the adjacent spaces on either side, are now a huge discount "fitness center", presumably patronized almost exclusively by the transient occupants of the several surrounding apartment complexes.
