I don’t like posting bad reviews, but I’m posting this to help warn people before you lose thousands. I was first turned off by the aggressive sales, which made me feel skeptical of the product. Nevertheless, we bought an i10 with the most padding and support. It was delivered and the bed is literally a firm air mattress. It genuinely feels like you placed a comforter over an air mattress. For example, I push down on my elbow and my hips shoot up from the displaced air. We can return the bed after 30 days (and before 100 days), but not the $2500 base. AND, you can’t sell the base to anyone because you cannot pass ownership rights for the tech to work to anyone else. Customer service will tell you it needs to be broken in and offer padding, but why did I buy a bed with the most padding only to have to put mattress pads on it? Plus that defeats the purpose of the temperature cooling and support that we paid a premium for in getting the i10. I’m not enduring the terrible sleep, hurting back, and risking being stuck with the $6000 mattress to see if the bed “breaks in.” Also, the technology was incredibly inaccurate - it gave me a sleep score of 82 after I was up most of the night. I then come to find they opened up a credit card in my name without my consent. We paid in full upfront. We had very high hopes of investing in our health and future and are now out thousands of dollars and sleeping on our old bed in a spare room...

It has a 100 day return policy that they didn't bother to explain when I went to purchase the bed that if I return it, I have to keep the base. $3200 base that I don't NEED! What a scam! Save your money unless you know for sure you will keep it or you're stuck. Read the fine print on the 1st page, apparently. Employees and the manager did not bother to explain that little tidbit or I would have declined on buying it. That's what happens when you have kids running things.
