Before this Panera moved just like any other Panera was great but the second they got to the new location they dropped the ball. When the new location first opened it was alright able to get out food in at a normal rate but it’s been a couple years now and this place is an absolute dumpster fire. Number one they never have any pastries baked or they’re all “sold out” before 12. Pre order pick up is a joke i honestly wouldn’t even bother unless you’re ordering your coffee 45 minutes beforehand… yes I’ve waited in the drive through for a pre ordered coffee for more than 25 minutes multiple times (7x). If you’d order food here your crazy, the chicken is always chewy and apparently slicing avocados is a great feat at this Panera as I have received chunks of avocado lazily thrown in my sandwich… not to mention it being cold because of the drive through/ pick up. How are you going to charge 16 dollars for that?! I never leave reviews anywhere but I just miss Panera bread being a place where I can go eat some nice quick food, snack on a pastry, and just get some work done in a quiet and clean atmosphere… which u can’t do any at the remodeled locations. It’s time to switch up management and start holding your workers accountable. One last thing I thought I should add customers are not responsible for knowing which order is there’s we don’t work there we should be able to tell you the name of the order and you guys can READ the tag and hand us our order. Thank you for reading I really hope u guys turn this place around I want Panera bread to be back on...
Read moreAgain we were very disappointed with the food and service at this location. We were not greeted when we arrived. I was not offered a $0.99 pastry with my Pick Two meal (although my companion was offered the deal by the counter person that took her order). Many people in line and only 2 counter people. There were only a few open tables and they were all dirty. Dirty dishes were stacked a foot high in the bins. The restaurant was about 3/4 full when we arrived but not packed. The server brought us someone else's lunch and then was annoyed when we rejected it - she asked me where I got the pager (really?). We waited almost 25 minutes for our food. No smiles and no apologies for the delay. My baked potato soup (2/3 of a bowl) was bland and only slightly warm. My Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich was dripping with their "signature dressing" aka Kraft Thousand Island. As we were leaving, the group walking out of the restaurant door ahead of us commented on the difficulty of getting their family member (she was in a wheelchair) in and out of the store with the lack of ADA compliant doors. They said they would not be going back.... don't think we will be going back...
Read moreI placed an order for delivery, the day they began doing delivery orders. Placing the order online was easy. We received our meal within t he hour of placing the order. Unfortunately, one of our items was missing. I immediately contacted the store, expecting at least a credit; however, I was pleasantly surprised when I explained to Rob what had happened. Rob immediately apologized, confirmed what was missing, explained he would be having someone deliver the mac & cheese that was missing, and he would include cookie for the trouble.
While eating, the missing mac & cheese arrived. The delivery person was extremely apologetic, as she was the one who delivered it previously. We checked the order, and Rob not only included a cookie, he also upgraded the size of the mac & cheese, and included discount coupons to use in the future.
While it was not ideal to have our order not arrive correctly the first time, Rob did an amazing job of correcting the problem immediately!! I was please with the initial service, but even more pleased at how they...
