Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Woodstock

I am an Uber Eats driver and I just completed an order at this location. Absolutely awful experience. I got there at 8:30, and the door was already locked. Hours posted on the door said they were open til 9. I could clearly see three young women working, one of whom was mopping the floor right by the door. I knocked on the door several times, and she looked up right at me, then walked away and completely ignored me. The other two girls looked directly at me too and also ignored me. I called the store multiple times and they ignored the call. You might think, “Oh, they must have been awfully busy!” Nope. Although the one girl was mopping, the second girl had her phone propped up on a machine and was either checking her hair or taking a selfie. The third girl was just chatting with her and laughing. I then pulled around to check if the drive through was open. It was. When I expressed my frustration in being ignored when I too am just trying to make a living, they argued with me and were extremely rude and condescending. What a mess. Just inside the door was a spilled coffee on the ground we had to walk around. Inside at the seating area there was a young man that works there sitting and doing something on his phone. There was another girl running her tail off behind the counter taking care of the drive through. He finally got up and walked over to help us. We asked for Gold Medal Ribbon. Would not recommend going there as I was told by their staff on a Wednesday night at 8:30pm that he doesn't want to serve me as a customer since they are closing soon. I had called to see if I can stop by (since they closed at 9pm) in about 15 min to get ice cream (banana split to be exact) and I got nothing but the run around and toward the end of the conversation the kid told me simply that he would not recommend me stopping by since he would not take care of my particular order.
