Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Woonsocket

I went to the park ave location yesterday 04/12/19 at approx 6:00 pm. The store was closed and locked, not a soul to be found. My phone is broken and i needed assistance. It says right on the door the hours are from 10 am to 7 pm. This ALWAYS seems to be an issue with every. single. metro store in Woonsocket. They are never open on time, they close early, the employee's physically leave the store for lunch and put signs up. I've honestly have had enough of it. Trying a metro store in MA today on my way home. Hopefully its a life changing experience otherwise I'm seeking...

I had an issue where my phone wasnt getting service, and I couldnt get any texts from Metro to get into my account. Brought the phone in here, and she unblocked metros number, restarted my phone, and boom full 5g bars again! She was so helpful and I am so glad to have my phone back up and running! Way better than verizon stores too where I'd probably still be sitting waiting for my number to come up. Metro, and this particular store are...
