Heavy Press Graphics — Local services in Woonsocket

I placed an order with Heavy Press Graphics for baseball caps. My experience was awful. The communication was sporadic and unreliable from the beginning. I stuck with it because someone recommend them to me. I repeatedly expressed my concern that the image they were sending me was not the size I was hoping for and that the colors were misrepresented. I was reassured that it was just the way that the mock looks. When I picked up the hats they were not what I had requested. When I addressed this with the sales person they ignored me and this review is a result of not only that hats (that I paid $300.00 for) quality being subpar so that they could not be used, but also the fact they will not respond to my emails asking to have a conversation about my dissatisfaction. I will recommend them to everyone , in fact I have for my friends wedding , she wants to use them for her bridal party shirts and stuff idk but yes the work from everyone in here is amazing . And when they are done they do ask you if your pleased with what they have done , so the rude comments on here is Bull. They had fixed my 2 sons football jerseys that a place in the mall done and the lettering and numbers are still on years later with many washes, mind you I left the mall I got to practice for my boys and the letters were coming off from the place that done it at the mall. I will never go to another printing company! My banner for my shower looks absolutely beautiful and I cannot wait to show it off to all my friends and family Saturday!!!
