Once upon a time, This store started out on a very High note… but in the past year, customer service is absolutely ridiculous, if you have a problem or concern, it’s Seth way or no way. He doesn’t truly care about his customers… loyal or otherwise and customer opinions and feelings do not matter… and quality of merchandise has gone down hill and gotten extremely boring and mundane. Inventory is being replaced by ice cream freezers and video games… Basically, they look like a 7/11 store. With all the fabulous smoke and head shops in the vicinity, do yourself a solid and go elsewhere if you want to maintain any sense of pride… owner and his side kick could care less about being Good Samaritans… they think of themselves as elites and couldn’t possibly do any wrong… his holier than thou attitude is a joke because he doesn’t practice what he preaches. Sonnet 27 is by far the most friendly and helpful head shop ive ever been to. They have a pretty wide selection of local artist glass. As long with plenty of stock pieces to keep you satisfied. Answered every question i had, taught me some new stuff, also extremely resourceful. Super impressed with this place. Really cool little place with a good amount of art inside. The owner (I believe) was extremely friendly and went above and beyond with servicing us. My man I'd a collector, and was looking for headie pieces for his collection. They had 3 pieces of one artist he fell in love with. My guy ended up buying all 3 and probably wouldn't have splurged so much if this guy/place weren't so dope. The owner appreciated the purchase and hooked us up a lot with a few other things.
