I am not usually a person who will leave a bad review, but this is definitely an exception. We bought an expensive sofa from Jerry's after considering much cheaper options online. We wanted this to be a piece of furniture that would last through a home with young children and pets, so we paid a high price for that. We were told that this fabric would be stain resistant and durable, and that if it were stained it could be easily cleaned, so that's what we went with. EVERYTHING stains this couch, including water. Any attempt to clean it makes the stains worse and at this point (6 months into owning it), parts of the couch look like they are ten years old, while we have been very careful with it. This isn't necessarily Jerry's' fault, but the way they have handled this situation leaves a lot to be desired. We reached out the first time something stained the couch and the cleaner made it worse, and we were told we were probably cleaning it wrong. Okay. We changed product and method. No product works on this couch. I finally reached back out to them, and have not been offered any type of solution. I am told that since "no one else" has had this issue there is nothing they can do. Seriously? They have reached out to the factory and since no one else has complained, they basically told me I was making it up. Yikes. We made the conscious decision to shop small and support a local business, and I wish it had been a better experience. I should note that this is not a reflection on Kevin, the extremely kind and patient associate who has helped us, but on the company as a whole for blaming us for this faulty product and not doing anything to resolve the issue. After 2 years we sink so bad in the mattress that it is so uncomfortable. unfortunately, the mattress does not sag to Serta's level 1 1/2 inches without laying on it. They say the sinking is normal body pattern. it does sag about 1/2 inch. So we checked with Jerrys and their solution is keep sleeping on it for a couple more years until I sags more and then file a warranty.
