Last week I used the salt beds and fell in love! Today I had a massage from Breanna then salt beds. The massage was phenomenal, the salt bed was great too. I will absolutely be back. I see other reviews mention they hear people talking- which is true but it’s folks in the store or check in area. It’s not constant just briefly you will likely hear people. However they do have relaxing music playing and the vibe is super relaxing and inviting. I have and will continue to recommend this hidden gem!

This 5-pack had an exciting and fantastic experience, 2 of us had been to the cave before, so this visit we invited the other 3! I was concerned about how loud we could get but no trouble at all. Amy is very compassionate and informative. I did not get the name of the other lady who assisted! Awesome both visits, I will definitely be back!

This was supposed to be a relaxing day for my friend and me with lunch and massages. When I scheduled the couples massage over the phone, I specifically said that we wanted relaxing massages. The instant that my massage therapist started working on me I could tell that it was definitely not a relaxing massage and she was doing deep tissue and it really hurt. I spoke up and said that my friend and I had requested relaxing massages and I told her that we cannot take deep tissue. It is too much for both of us. I know that my friend’s massage therapist heard me because he was working on my friend right next to me. My friend ended up with bruises and a sore hip for weeks after the massage. . .not relaxing at all! After I spoke up, my therapist did back off on the pressure, but unfortunately she backed off so much that I could barely feel her touch at times. I am also very disappointed with the lack of customer service on the part of the therapist that I had. I am very familiar with massage, having had multiple massages elsewhere. My experience in the past has always been that the therapist puts the customer’s needs first and is proactive in assuring that they are comfortable. Before beginning therapy on my back, the therapist said that she needed me to put my arms down at my side and on the bed. Unfortunately, this position is very uncomfortable for me and I told her that I cannot do that. I always have my arms bent and up by my head when therapists work on my back, and up until now, no therapist has ever complained of my doing so. This therapist was insistent that I put my arms down by my sides. The whole time that she worked on my back I was in pain. The therapists at this location need to really work on putting their customers first and concentrate on the comfort of their customers. Unfortunately, both my friend and myself had a bad experience at this place and will not...

This was a different kind of experience for my mom and my girls. We walked on salt that was really weird at first. It was very relaxing but not sure if it helped any of our health problems. I would think you need to go more than one time to see a difference. The music playing softly and being reclined in chair makes you relax so much you mite fall asleep. The staff was very helpful explaining how much salt was brought in and other info about the cave. Incase anyone don't realize it's not really a cave. It's room with Himalayan salt on floor and the chairs are devided with partial walls which you can see big pieces of the salt. There is no salt on the walls but you still get the effect of it being a cave. Parking is easy. There is parking lot just past the building. We did this as a Girl's Day out and it was fun and relaxing. I would recommend this...

I came with a group of 5 to the Salt Grotto. While we all found it a very relaxing experience we were expecting a short introduction on how the Salt Grotto came to be and the health benefits of the Himalayan Salt cave experience and in our daily life. When I asked the attendant if she could share that information with us she said she was new and wasn't really clear yet on that information and she would be back in 45 min. She did have a handout that she found and passed out at the end of our session. While we walked around the gift shop she was unable to explain the purpose/benefits of the items for sale. We all came in excited about this new experience and left rather deflated. Hopefully the young lady has had additional training, and is more educational and enthusiastic with your...
