My wife’s center stone fell out of her engagement ring, so I took it to Steve. I told him that I would like to upgrade the diamond while making the needed repairs. He helped walk me through the process of picking a new stone, and we agreed on what I feel was a very fair price. He made all the repairs/modifications and installed the new stone. He did such a phenomenal job! He kept me up-to-date on things the whole time the process was being completed. He came in on the time and within the estimate quoted.
