If I could give vaporize negative stars I would, I called vaporize and asked if they had a coil pod for my specific vape, which the guy said yes they did. When I went there I handed the guy my Vape to make sure he knew which coil I needed because I didn't want to spent 15$ on the wrong one. When I got home I filled the coil pod and put it on my Vape ( which yes it did fit ) but it didn't fire when I pressed the button. I looked it up online and found out it was not the correct coil pod for my vape. I drove back to the store and explained to the same guy that sold me the wrong coil that he made a mistake and sold me the wrong one and his reply was " well I thought that was the coil you needed. We don't sell that vape but since it looked like it would fit I figured it would work ".
Then I said to him "well when I called then came in and handed you my vape for reference and asked you for a product that will work with my product I expected it to work and it doesn't " Then he replied " well that's the only coil that we sell that would fit with your vape and it was the last one "
Then I said " it's irrelevant that that's the only coil you have that would fit in my vape because it's not the right coil and it's even more irrelevant that you sold me the last one because I don't need another wrong coil, I need the right coil that you apparently do not sell so here are your wrong coils and I need my money back"
His response to that was " I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to give you your money back just because you made a mistake on what coil you needed "
I tried to explain to the guy that the only mistake I made was trusting that he knew about the products he was selling as well as sell me the correct product I needed. He was extremely rude and arrogant about the fact he was not going to refund me the 15$ cash I had paid him and told me that if I didn't like it I should leave and to not come back. Oh and what makes it even worse is that when I got back in my car I realized that he had took the coil I was trying to return back from me during our debate about my refund and then denied taking it back when I went back for it. Even though it didn't work in my Vape I still had filled the pod full of my juice that I could've still used. It really was unbelievable, I felt like I was in either the twilight zone or a hidden camera show. This is especially for the people new to Vapeing, Don't say I didn't warn you if you go in there without knowing exactly what you need because these scam artists will get you the way they did me. I'm sure It wasn't the first time they took advantage of the lack of knowledge situation. He was way to comfortable with his lack of empathy to have it be his first time screwing over a customer. Read moreI was in the area for business after having traveled from Pennsylvania. My vape leaked all the juice out this morning prior to catching my flight. I didn't have time to deal with it then. I found this store via Google. I explained my problem to him. He took it apart and was able to identify the cause of the leak. He put in a new coil, primed it, and explained ways to keep my coils lasting longer. I also bought a bottle of raspberry lemonade juice per his suggestion. It is a great juice.
