This business RUINED MY PHONE. *Edit in response to company - please explain to me how changing my charging port affected my speaker? Your own employee, the only female employee in your shop at the time, encouraged me to check the speaker. When I told her it did not work, magically, you told me they didnāt have anything to do with each other. Further more, you have somehow deflected from my original review, you completed disabled my facial recognition feature to the point where my phone believes it is a stolen phone. I paid extra for the services I received only to be totally screwed in the end. In no way, shape or form are you right in this instance. A few reviews below can confirm. You were not transparent about this, you did not disclose that you would completely disable my facial recognition hindering many features on my phone obsolete. I literally just wanted to be able to charge my phone again ⦠As to your point of not contacting you again, Iām sorry that I didnāt want to listen to another excuse after calling you multiple times in a day to rectify issues that YOU caused. Honestly? Your response on this platform has been the most you have communicated with me.

Sarcasm If youāre looking for a place to repair your problem only to leave you with more issues - this is the right place for you! Unfortunately, as much as I wanted to like this place, I am left with a phone that is even more compromised than when I brought it in.
I brought my phone in because my charger had broken in the inside of the port and I was unable to extract it nor charge it. They ārepairedā it for $90 by switching out the charging port. When I came to pick up my phone, and was prompted to try a test call, I discovered that they hindered my top, receiver speaker. Crackly, robotic sounds. They told me that it was āimpossibleā for them to have damaged that part. After some back and forth, they agreed to repair.
Hereās the part that doesnāt make sense - they called me to confirm that they fixed the charging port AND speaker. I arrived to pick up the phone and was thrilled that it was āworkingā. After using it for the weekend, Iāve discovered that whatever they did to it, disabled my facial recognition disabling many features on my phone.
Needless to say, I paid $100 for them to remove a part from my charging port, and they, somehow, broke my phone even more. I wouldnāt recommend doing business with them, unfortunately. They donāt use authorized parts which causes problems down the line. My phone thinks someoneās stealing it when the facial recognition...

Cost $85 plus i bought a new case and protector. For grand total of $110. He said i got a good deal. I was pumped. Now fast forward to 3hrs later when phone wouldn't charge. I brought it back. Was told he would change the battery, but now he tells me the motherboard is causing the issue. Gives me the phone back with new battery. It works but as soon as it died again we charge it and it doesn't charge. I take it back 3rd time an now he's telling me he'll trade it in for new unlocked 1 for 60 more. But won't refund me the original $85. I wanted to be done with this place. So the 1 star is for lack of explaining, that there is no refund. Just an upgrade for more money. Can't trust this place at all. How can you still be in business. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file...

Omg!!! I called around for a decent quote and TechCell was the most reasonably affordable repair shop! I stopped by and immediately was serviced on the spot. Very transparent, honest, friendly, and kind. I love this place. Toghrul did an amazing and quick job in repairing my green screen of death.
