I recently had a delightful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Worcester, and I want to highlight some exceptional team members who made my experience truly memorable. Janith, the housekeeper, stood out for her warmth and approachability. Despite her quiet demeanor, she was always ready to assist. When I spoke to her in Spanish, she was welcoming and encouraging, which made me feel comfortable practicing my language skills. Janith quickly provided extra towels when I needed them and reassured me that she was available for any further assistance. I also appreciated the efforts of her colleagues, including a gentleman who kindly found a cart for my luggage when he noticed I was struggling. Laura, the waitress during breakfast, exemplified professionalism and dedication. Her commitment to excellent customer service made me feel like royalty. She was graceful in her movements and made me feel at ease, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Another morning, I had a pleasant chat with a waiter from Montenegro who was gentlemanly and attentive, though I regret not catching his name. The breakfast itself was outstanding, thanks to Franklin and Jeffrey, who were behind the counter. Their pride in their work was evident, and their cheerful demeanor brightened my mornings. The selection of food was plentiful, freshly cooked, and truly delicious—unlike typical hotel breakfasts, it felt made with care and love. I made sure to ask for their names to highlight their genuine kindness and good character. The hotel facilities also exceeded my expectations. The laundry machines were efficient, with washing taking just 30 minutes and drying 40 minutes—truly effective for busy travelers. The pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing retreat, and I found the jacuzzi to be wonderfully soothing during my stay. The room was luxurious, featuring a fluffy bed that felt like sleeping on clouds, complemented by lovely and abundant pillows. The decor was elegant and soothing, with light color combinations that created a refreshing atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, both in person and over the phone. The pantry next to the front desk offered a wide variety of snacks and essentials, functioning like a mini convenience store. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown Worcester was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. When I encountered an issue with my shower, the staff responded promptly, and a gentleman arrived on time to fix it quickly, restoring my comfort with ease. The complimentary beauty products were a lovely touch, adding a relaxing element to my stay. Lastly, the reception area was stunning, featuring an elegant staircase that set the tone for a luxurious experience. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic, and I look forward to returning for another romantic getaway.

I choose this location because we are going to the Gloryhammer concert with my kids at the Palladium whichis acrossthestreet. (My daughters favorite band). Check in was easy, however there were no bellhop carts to unload luggage. Paid parking is in the garage across the street which is a busy 4 lane road. This isn't ideal when having to carry a tired 4yr old and all the luggage having 2 kids require. Walking into the room, the first thing I smell is that the room is musty. I'm allergic to mold which isn't good. I found the source of the musty smell, the carpet in a 4ft area near the ac system is wet. At first I thought maybe they cleaned the carpet, but in the morning it was still just as wet. The ac system is cracked and has pieces falling off. All the furniture is scratched, dented and damaged, my college dorm had furniture in better shape. The light in the entry looks like it can fall at any point. At least the bed was comfortable and the fridge works well. This place definitely needs updating. We stay at Hiltons whenever we travel for personal and business, so at least 5 to 6 times a year and this has to be the lowest standard one I have ever been in. When we come back for another concert in May, we will most likely stay at the Hampton a couple blocks away.

Look how cute and practical this room is. This Hilton Garden is absolutely perfect for the business traveler. Rooms are spacious, lots of space to work, Keurig in the room, fridge, comfortable bed, great lighting in the bathroom, super shower spray. It has all the little things that make life comfortable while traveling, no complaints whatsoever. The biggest welcoming surprise is the business center. Everything works, you don't have to chase down a stapler or the little things you need to get your work done, you don't have to run to find somebody to help you make the printer work. And btw, the breakfast is absolutely fabulous, for only $12, bring your appetite. I have never seen a better hotel breakfast. Also, the hotel manager is always on site in the presence of the guests, helping out and available. This hotel is all about customer service. The effort the employees put in is noticeable and worth it! This is now my first choice hotel when staying in Worcester.

-Party: 2 adults -Room: King bed -Fee: Around 154 CAD -Location: Downtown Worcester -Parking: Right in front of the hotel, paid unless included with the room. -Breakfast: Hot buffet style, chefs serving omelettes and sides. Paid unless included with the room.

Pros:

-Great breakfast, certainly above average! -Location, right next to the DCU center and a few restaurants -Included breakfast and parking with our room option -Price of the room for the amneties provided and location -Cleanliness -Pool and hot whirlpool -Gym -The lobby's looks and size

Cons:

-Room colors and pastry are outdated -No corkscrew opener in the room. Must bring each of your bottles and ask the reception.

We stayed one night at this hotel in November for a concert that was happening at the DCU center. Our room included a king bed and the living area was larger than the typical rooms we stay in. The bed was comfortable, the view was ok overseeing the parking garage, a mexican restaurant and higher city grounds where a nice residential area can be found. Decoration wise, it was outdated with cyan like colors for both the paint and pastry. A Philips TV of a decent size (about 30 inches) stood on a piece of furniture. The room and hotel overall was clean. We had parking and a hot buffet style breakfast included which was of a higher standard than what you would expect for the 154 CAD price that I paid for the room. Upon filling out a paper order, two chefs behind the counter started doing our omelettes and serving our desired sides while we picked an order number and came back to our table. In turn, our plates were brought to our table by our waiter which was polite and courteous. He came back several times to check on our coffees and if everything was to our satisfaction. The buffet included bacon, grits, sausages, salsa, a lot of options for the content of our omelettes, pancakes, yoghurt, toppings, muffins, fruits, cereals, etc.. The only thing missing for us was pure maple syrup but we are quite used to this from hotels. Still, it adds a nice touch when we can find this during our travels, especially when we know it's not that uncommon and expensive for northern regions to have that kind of product. Taking everything into consideration, we were surprisingly quite pleased with how this breakfast turned out. Parking, right in front of the hotel, was easy to get in and out. Parking ticket, if included with your room, is validated at the reception of the hotel and is valid until 13:00 the day of the checkout. We did not use the pool facilities but it was there and looked clean and busy. There is also a gym to your disposal in a seperate enclosed area.

For everything we stated and no important issues, we would definitely come back if we ever have to attend a concert in this...

I travel about 25% of the year for business and stay in hotels quite a bit (2-7 nights per month) This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would not ever go back, I would never recommend it to anyone else, and if this had been my first experience with the Hilton brand would never set foot in a Hilton property again. When I checked in the front desk staff was rude and more concerned with their phone calls and personal conversations as opposed to checking in a guest. I am a silver member and was not given my water upon check in. I received my keys and went to my room, which was right by the elevator on the 5th floor (I had not asked to be in a room away from the elevator before so this wasn’t the hotel’s fault). I went back down and asked to be moved to a room not near the elevator, and was put on the 4th floor. It was a different front desk agent who helped me with this, and he was very friendly. Also provided me with a $5.00 voucher for the pantry for the inconvenience (which was very nice). I still was not given my water. I went up to the 4th floor to find 2 housekeepers sitting on the floor at the end of the hall with their shoes off chatting and looking out the window. I went to my room. The room was nice and very clean. I organized myself a bit (just over 10 minutes) and went down to move my car to the parking garage. The housekeepers were still sitting on the floor in the hallway and had not moved. I returned from moving my car, got my parking pass validated and went back to my room (this took about 20 minutes total). When I went back to my room, the housekeepers were still sitting on the floor at the end of the hall with their shoes off, looking out the window and chatting. I went to my room, did some work, made dinner reservations and left almost an hour later. At this time, one housekeeper had gotten up and was starting to clean a room. The other one was still sitting on the floor with her shoes off and playing with something (maybe a cell phone?). I went to the desk and informed them the housekeeping staff had been sitting there for about 2 hours. He seemed shocked, and said he would take care of it. There was a line of people waiting to check in (the girl who was back there had disappeared again – she wasn’t behind the desk much that I saw).

When I woke up in the morning, my bill had not been placed under my door. I had to go to the desk and ask for it. When I explained the entire situation of the stay the clerk (who was not friendly in any way) said she would take the parking off my bill. This would do nothing for me as I was travelling for business. Also, she never took this charge off and handed...
