If you're on foot or in a semi, don't bother with this place. Ordered our food on the App, chose lobby pick-up not Drive-through. Arrived at scheduled time, got stared at, walked past, and ignored for 20 minutes when I stood outside the locked lobby doors by the Pick Up Orders sign. Kept trying to call so I could let them know I was there, but constantly shunted over to store's voice mail. Finally got through on the phone (9th attempt, I think?), and woman acted all shocked, like "why didn't you try to get our attention?" Ummm... the phone ringing a bunch of times as I stood by the lobby doors leading to the pick-up area, looking straight at you, with my phone to my ear... wasn't enough of a hint that maaayyyybbbeeee someone should check, or at least answer the phone? If we hadn't been stuck in the area waiting for our truck to be unloaded, I would have just walked away. Our food was hot and tasted fine at least, so that's why 3 stars...
Read moreI love White Castle but this location sucks only because of the employees. They seem like they don't care about looking or acting halfway like they want to be there. Rarely do they get my order right and whenever I don't check my order before leaving, it's normally wrong. And not wrong as in I got the wrong soda. But wrong as in some items missing from my order. This location is the closest to my house so this is the one I frequent. Just yesterday I asked for an Alaskan Pollock slider, and the man said they were out. Then asked me twice what I said. Then asked me "what is that ". How do you know you're out of something if you don't even know what I'm talking about??!! I'm reading off the menu, I'm not making this stuff up. Anyway, whether there's one person in line or 5 you'll have a very long wait then having to deal with workers with bad attitudes doesn't help. Only come to this location if you have no other...
Read moreThe day I was there everything seem to be going well until I got the window I paid for my food I got my change back and I set there about 7 minutes or longer waiting for my order I didn't know what was going on because no one see the need to come and explain to me what was going on the line had gotten longer after I finally got my food which should have been ready when I got to the window as soon as I got my food and pulled out I got caught by the train which I had to sit another 12 minutes I know they don't control what time the train will come.But if my food was ready I could have been on my was home before the train came so while waiting I decided to eat my chicken rings as I pulled out the third one to eat there was a strain of hair on it which just made the rest of the meal hard for me to eat I start to think what exactly is going on.
