I didn't eave detail. So I'm coming back because moe said I'm not real. I dropped off a laptop for my daughter that she uses for school it wouldn't turn on. I came back three days later Like Moe said. He said man I didn't get a chance but come back in like three more days. I'm pretty patient so I come back after thankgivingnlike a 10 days later. He says man I have to send n.m it to my guy. Said ok 10 days later I go back it's still in same pile on the bottom with the other ones he had in the same pile. I said really amo th and its sitting in the same pile . I said if you didn't have time to deal with it then you should have told me. I took it somewhe6else and they fixed it within minutes. Sad because I like moe he's done great work with my phones and is always super nice. But he told me he sent it out and the board was bad. Which I knew was not the case in the first place.
