This is the most AWESOME Metro by T-Mobile I have ever visited and I've been a customer for about 10 years. I had a horrific experience at the one on 111th and Michigan. The "owner" , which I don't think he is, rudely refused to exchange my month old gateway with an intermittent issue even after having a Corporate rep tell him to over speaker phone. I decided to go to Rigo at the Oak Lawn store. I was politely greeted and without even telling him that Corporate said replace it he said no problem I can do that for you. As he was doing the transaction, I told him my experience. He empathize, and without bashing 111th and Michigan, said it was a simple process and didn't understand why the situation occurred, and that he was happy to be able to take care of me. (Let me do a disclaimer. I am a very calm, mild mannered person. I did nothing to provoke the situation at 111th and Michigan. The issue he had was it being an intermittent issue which he could not verify or repeat.) Anyway, when I came back to pick up the replacement gateway the store was busy and Rigo was the only one there. I witnessed him multitasking with four or five customers in a very knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional manner. Awesome customer service. I say again AWESOME. He even went an extra step to get me compensation for my inconvenience. If you're not asking the impossible and need it done right, THIS is your store. When we arrived, he had already prepared some preliminary options for us to review. Rigo was incredibly mindful of my mom’s accessibility needs, making sure to bring phone cases and accessories directly to her since she needed to remain seated. He was pleasant, thorough, and went above and beyond to ensure my mom got the best phone within her budget. Not only did he help her choose the right device, but he also took care of transferring all her data seamlessly.

   Read moreI had a great shopping experience at this location. I went to store to have my phone checked and he said it had a virus. The owner was very nice, professional and personable. He informed me he could remove the virus for a nominal fee and recommended I add viral protection to my phone. He noticed we had older phones and asked if we would like to update our phones. He informed me of T-Mobile offers and explained to me how we could save on our bill and get new phones if we change to T-Mobile. After he explained the recommended plan for us, he worked as our Advocate when he spoke with T-Mobile associate. He was able to get us a fantastic deal and he gave us a discount on accessories. The owner acknowledged Metro Pc was loosing a customer however he felt good that he was able to help us by getting a better plan and new phones.
