T.J. Maxx — Local services in Worth Township

My first time at this location and I had an unpleasant experience with cashier lead employee. I was standing in line with headphones half on but music PAUSED and I was aware of the line moving. I walked up to the register that was announced from the machine. When I get greeted by a rude woman employee. She was unprofessional and called me out and said that she did not call me to her register. I responded with “yes you did , that’s why I walked to the register .” And instead of communicating nicely that she wasn’t open or that I can proceed to the next available register. She rudely responds with “you should listen better next time because I’m not open, but ok stay there I’ll take care of you right now.” An uncalled response and blaming the customer is so unprofessional. 0/5 stars if possible. On multiple occasions, I have shopped at this location (specifically in the morning between 9am-noon) and the staff have treated me as if I was going to steal. They followed me around and watched me closely. As a paying customer it makes me feel very uncomfortable. This store is the closest location to my home so it’s an inconvenience to have to go elsewhere. This “targeting” behavior has occurred on multiple occasions to myself and to other customers as well (see review underneath mine). This store is extremely unorganized. ZERO STARS . Products in the store are displaying inaccurate prices. I tried paying for my things with my TJ credit card and they said They could not look up my profile in their system. So I was unable to use my credit card. This staff is not helpful they told me I was better off canceling my credit card with the company instead of trying to assist me with my transaction.
