Taco Bell — Restaurant in Worth Township

Awful. I was wrongfully charged. Obviously, the cashier messed up, to the point that she had to walk over to the cook to explain the order. I should’ve known something was wrong when she was telling other customers that their food had been sitting on the counter waiting for them to pick it up ONLY to take the boxes back to reissue to the correct customers. Which, made it worse. The ENTIRE order was wrong, that I had to remove myself/walk out to sit in my vehicle. Leaving my guest to deal with it. The cashier waited till I left to reappear, to justify her mistake, while telling her coworkers in front of my guests (one being my child), Beyond inappropriate. That I messed up, my order! If I had messed up, why did she GIVE me 4 slushy‘s instead of up charging. I asked for 5 Gor. Box’s, asking to substitute (had no problem paying for) the crunchy tacos in 3 of the box’s to be Dorito Tacos. She started and tried to end an argument that she started with my guests in front of my child as well as her coworkers and other customers within the restaurant. I’ve gone to over a handful of Taco Bell’s. This location is by far and the ONLY one I’ve had a REALLY BAD experience at. I wouldn’t have expected this poor behavior nor disrespect at this area/location. The service was terrible. I placed my first order at 8:36pm and waited 15 min until I decided to go ask for it. I went to the counter and nobody came. I had to call out for someone. The young female that came up asked if we needed anything. Told her I was still waiting on my order. She responds “oh they haven’t given it to you?” Me: “No” proceeded to wait an extra 5-8min The portion of the beef that was in the soft tacos was ridiculous. Nothing but cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Went back up to the counter to ask if they can remake it and a guy said he didn’t know he had to see! We waited about 5 min and another guy just came and left a new taco on the counter. Didn’t even apologize. After we ate we decided to order a chicken quesadilla, worst mistake. The whole process started all over again. Waited about 10 min, had to go ask for my food and waited again. Ridiculous! 0/10 would...

The last several visits have all resulted in incorrect orders; missing items, missing ingredients, etc... so this last visit we checked our order before leaving the drive thru and found our 2 chicken taco supremes were in fact not supemes at all. We even specifically stated all ingredients we wanted, and the cashier reiterated "So 2 supremes"... which we replied Yes. I opened them and found the sour cream was missing as well as the tomatoes. The cashier yelled at other people to get containers of sour cream and that took at least another minute/minute and a half for her to hand them to us. She wasn't pleasant at all... and that's unfortunate because we are very pleasant customers who are just tired of running into issues with every order. I expect to get the full items I pay for - not just half of it. Two stars because the correct items are still...
