I never felt so shamed and belittled in my life. After purchasing heels at the coach in Foxwoods last night (wonderful store), I changed my mind about the heels and went with a different shoe. The employee with blonde hair at Wrentham, named Deanna, immediately turned the shoes away for return, stating they were in horrible condition, all scuffed up, with a âstrange stickerâ on the bottom (it was a micro pak sticker from the store that came with the shoe). I purchased these shoes less than 24 hours prior and was saving them for my rehearsal dinner in 2 weeks. I left the wrentham store with my fiancĂ© with tears in my eyes, feeling so humiliated, accused and villainized by the staff at this location over a simple return. My fiancĂ©, consoling me, quickly called the Foxwoods location, Ryan there was super helpful and called up the wrentham location to help us. Patrick at wrentham allowed us to bring the shoes back. We were so grateful to head back, only to be greeted by Deanna with an smug attitude at the front door, sneering at us like we were trash and making degrading comments about returning to the store. The shaming continued by 4 staff members at the register, and I resorted to pleading for a return, swearing to God I have never worn the shoes. The return was ultimately processed after the two of us felt abused by the staff here and absolutely mortified around other customers. If you want to be treated with respect and common human decency at a coach store, visit Foxwoods and avoid wrentham at all costs,...
Read moreEdit: after speaking to the manager I am very happy with how he handled my complaint and his resolve to make it better next time. So I'm bringing it up to a 3 and hopefully my.next trip will be able to bring it up again âĄ
Very disappointed in customer service here. Went 3 dif days this week...not once was I approached or helped by anyone, and I definetly had questions , and had they been answered, I'd of spent 3x the amount of money most likely. Then when asked for my email and I mentioned this, and email wasn't in cpu, you'd think they'd offer to sign me up when I mention I'd been there 3x that week without help. It's a shame, I love coach and prefer shopping in person for the point I can ask questions. But I saw multiple sales reps on floor not talking to anyone and when I tried to approach to ask question they walked away. Lmao just bc I dress casually after work, doesn't mean you should assume I can't afford things and not help me because of it.
Now I gotta go back there today for a wallet for my sister, so hopefully by then yall read this and this afternoon won't be such a bad experience for me. Otherwise I'll be going back to online shopping or finding another physical location.
Will be updating this after today's trip to see if it was better or all the same.
Once again still wasn't able to buy the shoes I wanted because no one would help...
Read moreFirst of all, let me say that my review is NO reflection of the employees, who are always helpful, attentive, and awesome whenever I go here. I frequent the outlets as I live nearby.
My disappointment comes with what I assume were upper management decisions. First, the elimination of the clearance section. I was so disappointed when I went last time and it was gone! It's been there for years, and was always my favorite spot to shop.
Second, I do really feel like their "deals" aren't as good as they used to be (store is getting more expensive), and the quality of the products is declining. It's not secret that Coach makes specific styles with lesser materials for their outlets, but in my opinion it's been getting much worse lately. I have so many outlet bags that I ADORE and are much better quality than much of what they're...
