All in all the outlets were nice. I was super impressed how clean the bathrooms were given there was a lot of people there.
There were a lot of stores to choose. I wouldn’t say the prices are lower. I had noticed the prices are the same as online or any other brand store outside of the outlet. It would be convenient if you don’t have access to the stores in the area.
The Italian ice was very good my family enjoyed it.
Ruby Tuesday’s… so being a chain/franchise you would think the place would be more kept up. The seats were ripped and sunken in. It has this like old smell to the restaurant. The menus were very messy as in ripped up. The condiments on the table look like they haven’t been restocked as in hasn’t filled for days. Our waiter he was fabulous so nice. My husband got a really upset stomach after eating the food. I was going to leave the restaurant out of my review but after he got sick I had to mention it. Food safety is a TOP priority and this restaurant being located in the outlets will be considered in this review.
All in all. It was an enjoyable experience. Clean, the retail employees were great! We had driven an hour and a half to come and check it out for the first time.
So the reason being for the four stars that are five it’s because of the restaurant. I do not take food poisoning lightly. I cannot stress enough that I hope that the restaurant management sees this and they take this into consideration so the...
Read moreThis is an excellent place to go on black Friday and I have been doing so for many years! The prices are great as is the customer service, which makes it well worth the trip and a merry holiday tradition! However, while I understand it this is a busy time of the year, I do believe that kindness and patience does go a long way, especially on busy nights such as this. I was not impressed with the way the parking staff and the police patrolling felt the need to be curt with people arriving and departing, myself particularly. I understand with hundreds of cars coming in-and-out they have to act quickly. But please also note that the people that are trying to come in-and-out have to deal with people's high beams in their face, which is blinding, as well as red lights that are blinking, which makes it confusing to know when to go and how to do so safely. The way they roads are coned off is overwhelming and confusing when hundreds of people are all trying to leave at the same time.We all know and expect this night to be chaotic. But a little kindness and a little patience goes a long way. We would all like to be able to leave safely with our cars unharmed. So if that means taking a few minutes to allow customers a few moments to drive cautiously, which I thought was the law, then please allow that and work with us. Not angrily rushing us. That's how...
Read moreOn September 4, 2023, a distressing incident unfolded when my son, while walking backward, unexpectedly collided with a wall. Despite the seemingly innocuous nature of his actions, this collision resulted in a surprisingly severe injury, causing significant bleeding at the back of his head. Witnessing the blood staining his shirt and both of our hands was heart-wrenching as parents. Our two-year-old toddler couldn't communicate or comprehend what was happening, which added to our distress. The reason for this unfortunate outcome can be attributed to the lower section of the wall, which stands approximately three feet tall and features a rough and uneven surface. Had this wall been a conventional, smooth surface, my son would likely have emerged unharmed. However, the distinctive characteristics of this wall introduced an unexpected element of danger. It's worth noting that the upper portion of the wall is standard and even, which might mislead adults into underestimating the potential hazard it poses to young children. Considering that this incident occurred in a family shopping center frequently visited by numerous young children who are often active and playful, it highlights a critical safety concern that requires immediate...
