I can’t say enough good things about this place! The boba teas are out of this world — perfectly sweet, refreshing, and with just the right amount of popping pearls. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and care about getting the flavor just right. My personal favorite…Mango tea with passionfruit popping pearls ~pure heaven in a cup!

These guys are awesome! I’ve been going there ever since they started coming to the outlets. They are very personable, and always willing to have a chat. They have awesome customer service, and ask for feedback from customers and love to try new things for their customer base. I’m not a Boba fan but I DO LOVE grilled cheese!

The grilled cheese is awesome and over the years they’ve started bringing meats and other food items to elevate the grilled cheese. The price is awesome, and it’s probably the most affordable grab and go meal at the outlets. It also is the tastiest and satisfying one.
