This review is for “ Kate Spade Outlet ONLINE ORDER”
Oh my goodness just ridiculous! I received confirmation of my online order, then another email saying my order will be delayed, but my credit card will not be charged until my order ships. No updates. And my credit card WAS INDEED CHARGED! I emailed five times, called at least four times, and all I received was an email saying where I can shop elsewhere to find the items I ordered. Do you believe? I finally reached a customer service representative after holding for a half hour and leaving my number for a call back. I was emailed tracking info and there are two diff tracking numbers; 1 for USPS and one for UPS and BOTH say “ carrier doesn’t have possession of package yet, therefore there is no tracking information.” I had to call my bank to dispute the charge on my account. I called K S again today …and had to leave a call back number … and when my call was returned, I told the rep. that I want to cancel my order as I have received no confirmation that it is being sent and that my credit card was charged. He said that he cannot cancel my order, but the items are out of stock and my order will cancel on its own?????? I have never dealt with anything like this. A complete mess. These were Christmas presents! I will only go to the outlet in person. Never again will I order from this company...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this store. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Olivia was the only person actually working. She was welcoming customers, helping us find what we needed, and running the register all by herself. Meanwhile, the store manager and another sales associate just stood around chatting instead of doing their jobs.
When Olivia was struggling with something at the register while helping me, she called the manager several times for assistance. The manager completely ignored her until Olivia walked right up to her. Even then, the way the manager finally responded was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not how a manager should treat an employee asking for help—especially in front of a customer.
From what I observed, the manager and the other associate seemed lazy, uninterested in doing any work, and were isolating Olivia instead of supporting her. It was uncomfortable to watch and left me with a very negative impression of the store.
Olivia did an excellent job under pressure and deserves recognition, but the manager’s behavior was unacceptable. This kind of management sets a poor example for staff and creates a bad...
Read moreWent here with my family on Saturday, November 09th,24. There wasn't much to choose from it was bright and very empty. They changed their whole look, my mom said, and their location in the Outlets, which is understandable. My mom looked at a handbag online, and when we saw it in person, it was nothing to look at. It wasn't as nice and didn't have what she was looking for. Really wasn't greeted too much , more employees than (actually customers) a lot of the employees were walking around doing absolutely nothing.... Kind of sad .... Hopefully, they go back to there old...
