Really unprofessional experience of this place by the District Manager, I came made a purchase than I found an Item with a sale price in the store, I tried to buy it but the employ told me that it does not qualify cause It was tagged wrong and If I wanted with that price I had to call the main number..OK..which I did and nothing happen..

No wonder you expect this kind of customer service from this store cause their District Manager she was a pretty obtuse person (excuse my language).L.B (name initials) I raised my kids and myself with RL If you knew what I spend in this brand you would have paid for those clothes and delivered them yourself to my house.. I felt like L.B was interrogating me for an amount of $25, when did you came in the store, I looked the cameras but I couldn't see you which I gave her the date and a rough time .. she need it me to find the sale slip and give her the exact time? Intelligent ppl at this positions they play with all their cards in their hands they don't make ignorant comments or suggestions or I don't know can you find it for me..

Used to like this outlet more. The Ralph Lauren look has usually been a mix of red, white, and blue classics and feminine with bright colors. This Fall's look appears to just be manly looking and boring. I'm sure there are still classics to be found, but I found the selection lacking and the colors boring. The one bright spot was a flowy satin shirt dress that looked pretty interesting. I could only see the one on the mannequin, and turned to my friend and asked if she saw any on the racks. That's when I noticed a store employee was next to us. She looked right at me, but instead of pointing out the dresses (which were over behind her), she went right on chatting with another store employee and disappeared. Yeah, thanks lady. ...

Buyer beware of this store location. They dont honor sale prices online and they don’t honor coupons that get emailed to you from polo that say online and in stores only. According to the manager on duty they are not a store so don’t drive a hour to shop in a place that emails you coupons and doesn’t honor them when you get there. If you get a coupon I was told you must call them first to make sure that they will honor what they email to you. I have been shopping in this location for almost 10 years and never had a problem before today. I spent 30 dollars on gas to be told to go pound sand once...
