Horrible experience ZERO STARS I went there and there was a cashier Elijah who checked my wife and I out at the register. Did not ask how my day was going, didnât ask if we had a rewards card just started scanning products, my wife said we had a Nike reward card we didnât actually have a physical one it was just on the phone he said letâs hope this works, they usually donât work on the phone otherwise weâre not gonna be able to use it. First I thought that was rude. But after he scanned all the items in, I handed him a store credit thatâs when Elijah got really rude. He proceeded to yell at us and tell us that we should have produced the store credit prior to him scanning in any items. (I donât work for Nike so I wouldnât know to produce this before scanning any items) but nevertheless yell at the customer because they didnât produce it first (classy). He begrudgingly voided the sale out (which is his job as a cashier) He then rudely scanned the rest of the items very quickly did not scan the rewards card on the phone Cashed is out turned around and walked away, to go talk to another employee. This happened at the Wrentham Village Outlets in Wrentham Massachusetts I also emailed Nike corporate about this and never heard anything back I am now going to go to under armor for the rest of my clothes from here on out just for that incident. I also had a wait outside of the store for 30 minutes, and one of the employees who is supposed to be counting people in and out left for about 10 minutes as 7 other people (3 couples and a single person) had walked out but yet nobody was allowed in! Which made me wonder did they have more people in the store than they were supposed to? Or did they just fail to do their job and let the rest of the people in as they were supposed to? Either way the people at Nike at Wrentham Village Outlets do not do their job especially Elijah. Thank you for wasting my time and I hope other people see this and donât bother wasting their time either under armor did not have any lines and they had much better prices and much...
Read moreI hate to write a review like this, but I had a very unpleasant experience Sunday morning 12/26 at the Nike store. My mother and I were there to exchange some Christmas items. While in the womenâs clothing section, I believe we were racially profiled by a young male associate. Iâve been shopping at this mall since I was a little girl, and I have never had such an experience. Iâve also been the manager at Abercrombie and Fitch for a few years now, thus, I know how retail is ran. Every time I looked up, this young man was literally watching me. Once I came to this uncomfortable realization, I approached him and asked âare you going to continue to watch me as I shop!?â As soon as my mother and I left the womenâs clothing area to checkout, I noticed the young male associate had left the area too, despite other shoppers still being in that particular area, which proves my point even further that he had been watching ONLY us. I did feel as though that approach was taken because my mother and I are persons of color. I recommend going to the Nike outlet store at Assembly Sq in Somerville for better...
Read moreI'm a male Nike fanatic but i don't remember ever finding something I'd like to buy at their factory/outlet stores. But as a habit/hobby i always like to check them out anyway in every city I visit. This store was a good looking one with positive relaxing vibe (this is a very Nike thing so totally not surprised). Store size is standard. Shoes selection was poor and their prices were overall not really that affordable for an outlet store imo. Apparel range including clearance products was slightly better and more well-priced. I ended up buying a few graphic tshirts. Staff was nice and friendly (again this is similar to almost all the customer services at all Nike stores ive ever been to - its all about keeping a positive energetic atmosphere). Hopefully I have time to check out the other Nike outlet store in this city. See if its any different...
