I was just in here today, 5/23 at 3:30PM. I went in with my seizure alert and response service dog. I had to leave the store because every single employee was staring so hard at my dog and I. I have never experienced such blatant disrespect from staff. Of course I expect some looks with having a service dog, but these employees literally blocked my path and stood there as I was looking at clothes to stare at me.
One older woman at the end of my trip was the worst and was the last straw for me to leave. She had white hair and continued to stare at my dog even after I had obviously tried to get her attention off multiple times.
I didnāt finish my shopping, I told the person I was with that we needed to leave because I felt so uncomfortable.
Iād like to reiterate that I get a lot of stares, but it has never been so bad that Iāve actually taken the time to write a review about it. I hope something is said to these staff members about basic...

I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in (a leopard coat) and Kathleen was eager to compliment me as I tried on the coat, making me that much more excited to buy it. I waited at the register for a good 6 minutes before someone else got in line, waited a few, then went to grab the employee. I watched them walk to the front where again employee was texting on her phone right behind the customer. She didnāt greet me at the register or apologize for the wait. She looked annoyed that she had to work. She didnāt even finish processing my transaction before again picking her phone up and texting again.
