Digging through curtain rods, I wasn't sure how to know what style was in each box and what additional parts needed purchased separately. Aaron was extremely helpful explaining the codes to me to help my search and what needed to be purchased additionally. He searched the back room for me, finding what I was hoping to purchase. I should mention it was a hot day and the store was warm making the search a bit uncomfortable temperature wise. After finding the matching rods (thanks to Aaron, I would have given up) he carefully checked each box to ensure the correct color and pieces were inside. His customer service was exceptional! ...

Paula at this outlet location deserves a shoutout — she is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever met. She was incredibly patient with me as I seesawed between buying one dresser vs waiting for a different kind (and this decision took me a substantial amount of time - close to an hour!). Paula was just as invested as I was in helping me find the right piece, and even went out of her way to point out that a separate accessory I was purchasing had a small scuff/helped me pick a different one. It’s rare to come by someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond without pressuring a purchase. The store itself has great variety too!...

Was told I wasn’t considered a customer because I didn’t purchase anything…. ask the sales associate what her name was she said nope you don’t need it your not one of our customers. The manager was there apologized gave me her name I said and what was the sales persons name was told she’d handle it internally. Very odd that no one seemed to want to give this woman’s name up , oh did I mention she hit my 4 year old daughter with the store door . She didn’t regard it till I said excuse me she responded with we open at 10 I said I know it’s 2 minutes...
