I gave two stars because I went here to return an online order and apparently you cannot return your online order without the packing slip that comes with the delivery. This is the first time I went into a store and have not been able to return my online purchase with the email receipt. They told me that they cannot enter the order number or look at my order. After I question them some more they were magically able to look up my order but said they would not be able to return my money to my card because they were the ones that had to look it up and that I would need to call the Michael Kors customer service and ask the people to send me a new slip or email me a return slip. So I asked the woman if she had the number to customer service and she tells me she doesn’t I would probably have to Google it and then changed it to l might have it in the back. Again she was able to magically look up my order after I said I’ll call right now then So I ended up exchanging my order and at the end of the transaction the woman tells me that she can add the $12 that was left over to my card because the amount was so low but was not able to add the $150 I spent online. It made absolutely no sense to me. Yea so I won’t be going back...
Read moreThey used to be really good however I am a frequent Shopper there and I was supposed to be considered a good clientele to keep in touch with and let know when certain deals or products came out however the store team always forgot me and I missed out on products and Deals even though I was told I would get calls. They made a mistake on a shipping order and then made another mistake on a ship to store order and on top of that charge me twice at one point when I went in to do a return I'm not sure how much I value this particular store anymore also the products are overpriced because they just increase the price there to make it look like it's discounted...

When I didn’t have the receipt, she offered to assist with looking it up with the phone number, which I didn’t have. She remained kind and calm, even when I became frustrated. She offered to roll back video footage to assist with a purchase date and time. In the end, I got the phone number and did the exchange. Overall, it was a great experience with a very hospitable...
