I walked into NASR Jewelers with an interest in making changes to my engagement ring after hearing some amazing things about this location. I have not had great experiences in the past with other big name jewelers, so I was unsure how things would go.Deciding to go to NASR jewelers and work alongside Matt and Margot was the best decision I could have made in finally getting my dream ring. Margot was so attentive, personable, and ready to help in any way she could with exploring the many options they had available to me. Matt sat down with me and asked me about every detail of what I wanted my ring to look like, and in a VERY short time, he made that dream a reality. I can be VERY picky, so in the past, I have settled for things I didn't love in fear of being a "tough" Customer, but one of the first things Matt said to me was to be as particular as I wanted and that he would NOT let me walk out of the door with out being 100% happy with my ring--he did just that. He made me feel very comfortable in speaking my mind and articulating exactly what I was looking for to the T and he listened to EVERY word and brought those ideas to life. I can not praise this team enough for how much thoughtfulness they put into their work. Matt's true love and passion for his craft, attention to even the most minor detail, and desire for providing the best quality of work to his customers was truly evident in this piece he designed for me. He takes so much pride in his work and for a good reason. The quality of material, the craftsmanship--it's truly unmatched. And ontop of offering the absolute best quality work, they truly make you feel like family. I cannot thank Margot, Matt, and the whole NASR team enough. 100/10. The first time I walked in I was immediately greeted by Kayla regarding a custom ring I wanted to make. My grandfather was a jeweler and taught me a lot, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. Kayla and Matt have surpassed my expectations. They are the most honest and upfront jewelers I have found and they treat you like family from the very beginning. Actually, they treat you better than family. You’re not just a customer here, they build a relationship with you from the very beginning. Kayla helped me design the ring to make sure it was unique and fit my style. Further than helping with design, they KNOW what they’re talking about. I generally ask a lot of questions but they go beyond giving a simple answer, always making sure they explain everything thoroughly. I have been to jewelers in Miami and in the northeast area, and always left disappointed, but not here. I cannot recommend Nasr enough. I have been a customer with Nasr for the last 5 years at their Plymouth location. When I found out that there was one opening in Wrentham I was ECSTATIC because I live 5 mins down the road. In my profession, I deal with customer service and quality of products and let me tell you… Nasr EXCELS in both. What I love about Nasr is that they can customize anything that you want and that is what they had done with my engagement ring.
