I don’t know where to start with this review. I can’t believe how friendly and receptive Bennys was to us. First I had called with a million questions on a Saturday and the girl on the phone was super friendly and didn’t rush me or shut me down. I thought they’d be super slammed and too busy to talk but I didn’t feel rushed at all. I got all the information I needed about when and how to rent and about the military discount.
Then 2 days later we show up this past Monday at around 8 pm to pick up gear for the next day. Everyone was so chill and nice and I couldn’t believe it. We had some super cool conversations and they hooked us up with everything we needed and more. Free stickers and some other freebies and we also bought some other merch as well. They were not even trying to sell us anything extra but we were so stoked.
Honestly I can’t wait to go back again. I would 1000/1000 recommend this place to anyone.
Also Returns we’re super easy there was no wait or anything. I am not sure about any reviews that state otherwise but also the gear was top notch and gave no issues while we were on the mountain and we boarded for 7 hours pretty much.

Read moreGot the job done. Equipment quality was great on the slopes. My boyfriend had to return 2 jackets because the zippers broke while trying them on in the store, but they replaced them on the spot.
I will say though, if you have a big group and intend to leave the mountain at different times with multiple cars, don’t let them push you into a single big group rental using a single person’s drivers license as collateral. This was done to us and at the time we did not realize that we would all have to return the equipment at the same time. We only learned this when we tried to return part of our gear rentals and the rest of the group had not arrived yet. We had to wait at the shop for the rest of our group to arrive, so all the gear could be returned at the same time. If one car in our group had wanted to completely leave the area earlier in the day we would’ve been screwed.
It was also quite busy in the shop when we were getting the rentals so I understand that it was probably easier to book all the rentals under a single person for time saving purposes, but depending on how you plan your trip, it can have a big impact on how your return...
Read moreHey I give them 2 stars not because they have a bad service or something related to the experience you are going to have but, because specially because when I rent all the equipment (snowboard and boots) they scan your ID and a credit card in case you don’t return the equipment, and that is all good, but when I went to return the equipment the guy went though the papers and gave me the copy of my card info and told me to go and shred that in the shredder, instead of just give it to me and not worry about what I was going to do with the copy of my credit card. This seem like that employee wanted me to shred the copy so that later when the trash is outside and is not the business reputation in play, he could go and pick up the pieces. I’m probably being a little paranoid but everything was a bit sketchy, if you are reading this and thinking of renting here just be aware of that, I don’t want you to get scammed, besides that I think the price is reasonable, it was just that small detail that I didn’t like.
