Went there a couple of days ago. My girlfriend phone was having some issues turning on since we thought it got water damage. We went there and explain everything that happens and what we thought got on it. At first they were like oh it’s probably not good anymore but let me check. Come back and tell me that he needed to re install the software which btw didn’t do anything. The phone was still not turning on. He finds us and says your phone is not good anymore and you have to get a new one.(without even opening it and trying to find out if there was a bad part) we ended up going somewhere else where they actually opened it and realized it had a short on the screens and speaker cable connected to the screen. Which by the way they fixed for way less then having to get a new phone and got my phone back the very next day. Like another person that had a similar experience than we did in previous reviews here said, they are here more into sales. They are not very professional at what they do and put little effort into trying to find out what’s it actually causing the issue before sending you to get another thousand dollar phone. I think they need more people that actually try to help other and want to do the job 100% of how it’s supposed to be done. I will never be bringing a phone or any equipment here for repair since like I said before they will more than likely tell you it no good anymore so you can buy another one from...

After looking at tv for less than one minute , he told me it was obvious I damaged the tv myself and there was nothing wrong with it beforehand,I explained I had other problems with it to begin with and it was basically poor quality junk. Read moreI recently purchased a brand new HP laptop from Best Buy. I started the computer up and ran through all the set up stuff, took about 30 minutes. Once I turned the computer on the next day it took almost 30 minutes to start up, so I brought it back to Best Buy and Geek Squad did not have an answer so they just did a straight swap. The new computer did the same thing and Geek Squad still had no answer. The Geek Squad reps just kept giving me the go around and telling me to wait a day and see what happens, until eventually they told me that the 14 day free service had expired.
